Andrew and Ross Sneath were charmed by the classic style of the Jolly car designed in a collaboration between Gianni Agnelli’s Fiat and the Italian design house Ghia, as a speedy land tender that would fit on the stern of Ghia’s yacht. Long admired by the rich and famous, including Onassis and Lyndon B. Johnson, only 400 of these cars were produced and only about 100 are still in existence.

Father and son reimagined it for our time, and are now designing their JollE cars here in Henry Flagler’s old stables in WPB. Every car is custom designed down to the wicker seats and the bold colors to ooze with the elan of their owners. Ollie and his canine friend, Piper, insist it’s the ONLY way to travel on Island. real world to re-imagine a new world. Meta-reality can be used to pre-sell new construction, host remote open houses and even build a dream house or entire community to demonstrate how it functions prior to investing in a real property project. ‘Real estate’ in the metaverse is valuable because it serves as store-fronts for real-world projects and brands and beta tests the potential of new ideas. Looking ahead, AR (artificial reality) and VR (virtual reality) will be incorporated into future new luxury home sales galleries, and become commonplace within the next five years.
