The home will appear on Facebook, Instagram, Google, Zillow, LinkedIn and will be included in any digital retargeting campaigns that we do monthly. • Create a dedicated email to our entire database of 10,000+ interested opt-in customers (and property owners) featuring this home and announcing its availability, along with links to view the photos, video and 3D walkthrough of the home. • Inclusion on our website with an image gallery and 3D walkthrough. • Create a unique, one-of-a-kind open house event to showcase the home to area brokers and agents (as well as customers that are in town or drive up to view Schaffer’s Mill). • An email to all brokers and agents in the Tahoe region (over 1,300 locally and 118,000 statewide), featuring the photo gallery, listing details, 3D walkthrough and aerial video.
