I have been reflecting about the existing parallel between religious and artistic evolution. From old art to the current one, which asks participation from the spectator, the psychic distance between the subject and the object has not ceased to go narrow and narrow, to the point of blending together into one another. Such, is the “Walking”. Religion, in its turn, has the same progressive fusion. We went through the idea of God-Father almighty to the Christ who already has a human dimension. The same happened with Greek religion where the Olympus is closer to man and takes his physical features. With Nietzsche all the religious projections of man outwardly aimed are rejected and the religious feeling gets introverted: man is divine. The same happens in art: the proposition perceived before by the spectator as something exterior to him and enclosed in a strange object, is now lived as part of himself. Fusion. Every man is a creator. Art is not a bourgeois mystification. What has changed is the way to communicate the proposition. Now it is you that give the expression to my thought and from there you can take the vital expression to my thought and from there you can take the vital experience you may wish. dwelling there in the act of participation. This sensation of wholeness caught in the act must be received with great joy so the precarious will show us the lesson coming from it. It is necessary to absorb this meaning about the precarious in order to discover in the immanence of act the meaning of existence.
