A multifaceted-lifestyle brand, Empathy The Label, created by two young and innovative leaders of the Gen Z culture, Margo Fischer and Stella Waddell, is fueled by mindfulness and emotional intelligence.

Throughout our content and products, we provide enlightened messages of love and self-awareness, such as our coined phrase, “Your Ego is Not Your Amigo.” We endeavor to create high-quality, beautifully made specialty items designed to last the test of time. We believe in the ethical and sustainable creations of all our products, operating to reduce carbon emissions while supporting second-hand, previously loved garments. Each item we offer is hand printed locally in the United States with water-based ink. We are subtly spreading the seeds of sustainability, rooted in presence, grounded in gratitude.

Years leading up to the collaboration, the co-founders discovered their bond ran deeper than fashion. They both had a love for the dance floor. In 2017 they began exploring the nightlife in major cities in hopes to find a place to express themselves. Fully immersed into modern-day club culture, they realized something was off. What caught their attention was the lack of true human connection… and the presence of the ego, status, and the love of money. It seemed as if everyone was too caught up in what others thought of them than actually pursuing a good time. This sparked a fire within the two to create change… birthing the idea of a lifestyle brand that is inspired by a disco revolution.

Our mission is to create immersive experiences to connect deeper with our community through fashion, arts, music, and dance with authentic expression at its core. We are bringing to light the power of human connection, and ultimately having unconditional love for ourselves, others, and this planet. Our logo, a disco ball, is a symbol for bringing people together in unity with music and dance. The essence of Empathy is a heart-opening experience.

At Empathy The Label, we pour pure intentions into the development of our products. Our most recent release, the Imperfection Collection embodies just that. We have curated a collection of high-quality, sustainable, and unique vintage garments that encourage embracing your individuality. Dating back as far as the 1980s, each garment is unique with its own little imperfections, but we believe that’s what makes them so cool.
