Introduction. The purpose of the program
is to assess, coach, train and analyze on-the-job performance to improve the overall performance of low performers. The program includes a combination of classroom training, one-on-one coaching, and practical on-the-job analysis to ensure that participants receive comprehensive support and guidance.

The program will begin with a comprehensive
assessment of each participant's skills, abilities, and areas for improvement. This will be done through a combination of self-assessment, peer assessment, and manager assessment.

Coaching 1.
One-on-one coaching and guidance
2. Mentoring and feedback The days of training will be followed by 2 days of virtual
coaching. The coaching concept can be one-on-one coaching and will provide guidance to help participants identify and address their performance gaps (number of days, form and implementation may vary based on the assessments, needs and training). The coach will also serve as a mentor, offering feedback and encouragement to help participants stay motivated and on track.

Team effectiveness is enhanced by a team’s commitment to reflect and perform on-going evaluation. In addition, to evaluating accomplishments in terms of meeting specific goals .
Excellent Troubleshooting skills are considered a core competency. In order to increase the low performance levels and become significantly more productive then the main goals should include minimizing downtime .
