Basic JD: Deliver OGCDP off peak strategy to ensure a high volume of RE EPs GCDP in AIESEC UBA FCE. Increment, during August, Raises and Matches. Responsibilities:
Your main responsibility: implementing GCDP strategies for the exchange process efficiency inside LC. Deliver physical promotion and stands in our Focus Universities. Coaching and tracking project managers. Elaborate a strategic plan to ensure Match with GCDP TNs. FACI at two OPS for new EPs. Assistance to OGCDP Projects’ briefings Assistance to LCMs Weekly meeting with VP OGCDP
Expected results (August and September): RA: 25 MA: 16 RE: 9 We are looking for: A high performance AIESECer, who must show proficiency in Team Management, sales skills and other competencies necessary for the role Dates: Early start: 30th July 2013 Latest start: 12th August
