Storage Notice On January 13, 2022, the LPOA Board of Directors reviewed the condition of the dry storage lot located at the end of Maybrook Road. As the facility has exceeded its life cycle and would require a substantial amount of funds in order to rebuild it to current city codes and meet member expectations, the Board ultimately passed a motion to discontinue its use, as of 12/31/22.

We’ll answer these questions and more at our next New Member Orientation on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 6:30PM at the Lakewood Oaks Clubhouse. LPOA’s New Member Orientations are designed to give an overview of the association’s operations and a description of its services, amenities, restrictions, and procedures. This is a great chance for members to get acclimated to Lakewood, and ensure that you’re taking advantage of all it has to offer. Don’t miss out on important information.
