Analysis Results Eating healthy is very important to have a great and joyful life. Every day people eat junk food not knowing how they are affecting their self’s. Healthy food like fruits or vegetables tastes good so why don’t people try to eat that instead. I personally care for people that surround me and want them to how to eat healthy. My group and I did a survey to see what the habits of people are while they eat and this were the results:

In this graph 75% of the people who answered said they do eat every night which very good because that means they are helping their bodies by eating but is important to know is not so good to eat too late at night because of digestion. 23% persons answer they only eat dinner some days which is something that should change because we should at least eat something little. Another thing we can see is that 2% don’t eat dinner all the days which is something that is not bad because it’s a small percentage of people that never eat dinner.


As we can see in this graph 93% of the people that answered our survey said they eat more often homemade food. That is wonderful because that means they are not eating junk food often. Also 7% of people said they eat restaurant food which I think is not bad if you eat healthy food there but if not you shouldn’t eat in a restaurant too often, maybe 1 or 2 times per week. On the other hand 0% said they don’t eat fast food often and that is great because people choose to eat healthy food instead of eating fast food.


Here we can see that 77% of the people who answered this survey eat vegetables daily, that means people know it is important to eat healthy food. We can also see that 16% of people eat 3 times a week vegetables which is still good but it would be better if they ate. Another thing we can observe is that 5% of people answered that they only eat twice a week vegetables which in my opinion is not enough. Also 2% of people said they never eat vegetables and I think that should definitely change because they should eat vegetables. Finally the last thing we can see is that 0% of people said they eat vegetables 1 time at a week which it is really not so good because when you eat one time a week vegetables at least you’re eating them but no one did that.

In this graph we can see that 31% of the people that answered this survey said they eat at breakfast eggs, bread, cereal and fruit which in my opinion is very good to be healthy but not all the days all this food. Also 26% of people said they eat bread at breakfast which I think is okay but not all the days neither. Another thing we can see is that 22% of people said they what they eat in breakfast is cereal and that’s fine but like I mentioned before not every day. We can also see that 19% of people eat fruit in breakfast and that’s awesome but with something aside. Finally we can see that 2% people eat egg at breakfast which for my opinion is not very good because we really need to eat egg maybe not all the days but we should do it.

Now in this graph we can observe that 45% of people normally drink water in a week and that is excellent because water is totally good for us. 38% of people answered they drink juice, that is completely good if it is fresh fruit juice. 14% said they drink water, juice, and coke, that is kind of good because coke is not the best for our bodies but juice and water are okay. 3% people said they drink coke and I think it wasn’t that bad because it’s a small amount of people that drink coke.

This graph shows that 42% of people answered they prefer to eat meat in a weekend and that is pretty good but taken out the fat and with something healthy as a side. It also shows that 25% of people answered that they prefer eating sushi which in my


opinion is kind of healthy because it has fish and some vegetables but in not good to eat it so much. 19% of people said they prefer fast food which isn’t a big percentage but people who eat this shouldn’t do it all weekend. 12% of people said they prefer fish and that’s totally good but not the entire weekend maybe just as lunch of one day of the weekend. 2% of people said they prefer chicken and maybe it is because they eat it a lot during the week but it wouldn’t be bad if they ate it one day of the weekend.

In this graph as we can see 52% of people eat a snack before lunch, I think that’s very good because while we are in school we need to eat something to have energy until we eat lunch. 31% of people said they eat a snack sometimes and I think that’s is not good because the day they don’t eat a snack they don’t eat anything until lunch and that can make them feel weak. 17% of people answered they don’t eat a snack before lunch and that is totally not good because we really need energy in our bodies and we can’t be a lot of time without energy that food gives us.

This graph shows that 35% percent of people eat candy more than three times a week and I think that is too much candy which is not healthy. 32% of people answered that they eat 2 times a week candy that is still not too good but it’s better than eating it 3 times a week. 26% of people answered that they eat candy 1 time a week, I think 1 time a week is totally okay because it is moderated. 7% of people said they never eat candy and that is bad because our body does need sugar we could obtain from candy.

In this graph we can see that 90% of people said they always eat breakfast and that’s excellent because that is the most important meal of the day. 10% of answered they eat breakfast only some days which it’s bad good because that meal is essential because it’s the first one of the day. Finally 0% of people answered they never eat breakfast which is really good because they eat breakfast maybe not all the days, and that’s is not good but they do eat it.

As we can see in this graph 69% of people take half an hour to eat and I think that’s a normal time to eat, it’s not too fast or slow. 29% answered they take an hour to eat which in my opinion it’s a long time to eat. 2% said they take 2 or more hours to eat and for me that’s really too much time to eat. Finally 0% said they take 2 hours to eat which is good because is a long time to eat such as 1 or more.


Conclusion: I think people know they have to eat healthy and that’s why most of our results were positive. That made me feel joyful of having a community that knows the importance of a healthy life. We should always take in mind that our life is very important and we HAVE to take very good care of it.

When you order fast food try to order the addressing’s on the sides 5. Vary the veggies on meal everyday so you can get different vitamins in each meal 6. Eat when you are hungry and STOP eating when you’re full 7. Try to eat whole grains in each meal 8. Do not do diets frequently 9. Try not to eat so much proteins every day, eat as a maximum 4 times a week 10. Do not exaggerated the portions of food in the breakfast


Menu number 1: Breakfast: 1 glass of milk or juice 1 crepe with some of dulce the leche and banana and strawberry 1cup of oat meal with cinnamon Lunch: 1 glass of water 2 cups of tortellini’s (pasta) 5 dry mushrooms 1 cup of tomato sauce 1 mini can of olive with pepper Dinner: 2 cups of salad fruit with more than 8 types of fruit 1 granola bar ½ of cheese with ham sandwich Snack: 1 cot apple with cinnamon and if you want you can put some milk 1 glass of water Receipt:


SNACK: You got an apple and cot it in little pieces then you let it with some milk for 5 minutes and then you ad cinnamon.
