What can we do? Let’s all take action to make a difference!
Use less electricity, walk instead of taking a car or bus, eat locally grown food, buy less.
Help to stop this...
...becoming this everywhere.
Advocacy Key steps
• Identify the issue or problem. • Decide who needs to be influenced. • Research information, make sure it is accurate. • Present information so that it will be effective. • Suggest different ways to solve the problem. • Evaluate what you have done.
• Take action to make some personal changes. • In a group, choose one local issue you want to affect. Work together and use the advocacy steps to influence the situation.
What can I do to lessen my negative impact on the environment? What can I do to increase my positive impact on the environment?
