INGREDIENTS 1.5 kg king crab 1 piece of lemon olive oil salt MANGO & AVOCADO SALAD 1 piece of mango 2 pieces of avocado 1 piece of chili 1 pot of coriander 2 pieces of lime salt
INSTRUCTIONS The king crab legs are grilled with the shell on. Divide each leg into three pieces and place on the grill. The thickest part needs 10 minutes and the thinnest 5. Grill on strong heat. Cut the lemon into three thick slices and grill it on high heat to bring out the exciting sweetness of the lemon. Open the crab shell and squeeze some of the juice over the finished crab meat, along with some olive oil and salt. Peel mango and avocado and divide into small cubes. Finely chop chilli and coriander. Mix everything together with grated peel and juice of two lime. Taste with a little salt. Serve with aïoli and bread.
