Process Manager, Malmö Dairy

We are now recruiting a Process Manager responsible for our complex process department at Malmö Dairy, Sweden. Malmö Dairy is Lactalis greatest plant in Sweden, with ambitious growth plans reflected in the ongoing and upcoming investments. The plant produces families such as quark (Lindahls®), drinking quark/yoghurt, ESL, fresh milk, cream and fermented products to the Swedish market and exports all over Europe. In the position, two Team Leaders and a Process Optimizer reports directly to you, the process operators reports to the leaders. With your natural leadership and managerial skills you will lead the department and report directly to the Operation Manager. If you are a resilient Expert within dairy processing, likes automation and projects, sees opportunities in all situations, keeps a high pace, strive for development and challenges appeals to you. Process Optimizer, Malmö Dairy

We are now enhancing our Process Department with a Process Optimizer. In the position, you are responsible for all CIP optimization and the valve maintenance plan throughout the whole process department, collaborating with operators, maintenance technicians and external contractors. Trouble shooting comes naturally for you in all different shades. You will dive into trends and follow PID´s on a daily basis to eliminate risks and find continuous improvements. With your Expert knowledge, you are a key person to call when something comes up. You will report directly to the Process Manager.
