AGM MINUTES 20 MAY 2022

Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of Mission Aviation Fellowship of New Zealand Inc.

Held at the MissioNZ Centre, 20 Amersham Way, Manukau on Friday, 20th May 2022 beginning at 08:15 pm. This meeting was incorporated as a part of an “InFlight” event, with Bill and Angela Harding as guest speakers.

PREVIOUS MINUTES:

Minutes from the previous Annual General Meeting, 7th May 2021, were tabled

Motion: That the minutes of the previous meeting be accepted. Moved by Chris Dixon, seconded by Ted Crawford. CARRIED

MATTERS ARISING:

Nil

REPORTS IN GENERAL:

Mission Aviation Fellowship of New Zealand Inc.

Motion: that the 2021 Annual Report incorporating Chairman, CEO, Treasurer, Flying for Life Trust, and RWMF reports be accepted.

Moved by Ian McBride by Lawrence Dixon. CARRIED

FINANCIAL REPORT:

The 2021 Annual Audited Accounts for MAF NZ Inc were tabled as presented in the Annual Report.

Motion: That the 2021 Annual Audited Accounts as presented, be accepted.

Moved by Jim Veitch, seconded by Ted Crawford. CARRIED

Motion: That Audit Integrity be appointed as the auditor of the MAF NZ accounts 2022.

Moved by Jim Veitch, seconded by Bill Woodward. CARRIED

BOARD ELECTIONS:

The chairman presented three re-nominations for Board Appointments, due to rotation: Bill Woodward, John Neal and Lawrence Dixon and Derek Harding for election as a Board member.

VOTING RESULTS:

Bill Woodward, John Neal and Lawrence Dixon were re-elected to the Board for another term and Derek Harding was elected onto the Board.
