Custom Order Number extension for Magento 2 by MageComp allows you to modify Invoice, Shipment, Order, Credit Memo ID's by utilizing the distinct value such as prefix and variables.

1. Configuration Once the extension is installed successfully, go to Stores>Configuration to configure the extension for use.
Enable: Enable or Disable the extension from here. Set it as enabled to use the features of the extension. Order Prefix: Admin can add prefix alphabet characters from here. Special characters are not allowed. Start Counter From: Admin will have to add a custom counter number from where the order number can start. Postfix: Admin can add postfix alphabet characters from here. Special characters are not allowed.
Invoice Prefix: Admin can add prefix alphabet characters from here. Special characters are not allowed. Start Counter From: Admin will have to add a custom counter number from where the invoice number can start. Postfix: Admin can add postfix alphabet characters from here. Special characters are not allowed. Shipment Prefix: Admin can add prefix alphabet characters from here. Special characters are not allowed.
