Maintenance Page Extension for Magento 2 allows store owners to display a custom page when the site is under maintenance, upgrading, or a new product is coming soon and notify customers via email when the site is accessible.

1. Configuration Once the extension is installed successfully, go to Stores>Configuration to configure the extension for use.

Maintenance Page: Enable or Disable the extension from here. Set it as enabled to use the features of the extension. Real Time of Website: It shows the current date and time. Start Date Time: Set the start date time of the Maintenance Page in this field. End Date Time: Set the end date time of the Maintenance Page in this field. Redirect To Page: Select either Coming Soon or Maintenance Page Redirect in this field.

Maintenance Layout: Select Maintenance Page Layout from the pre-built templates from the dropdown menu. Demo Maintenance Templates: It shows the demo template of the maintenance page.

Coming Soon Layout: Select the Coming Soon Layout from the Pre-built templates from the drop-down menu. Demo coming soon Templates: It shows the demo template of the Coming Soon page.

Auto Switch to Live Site Mode: Select YES from the dropdown menu to enable Auto Switch to Live Site Mode. Whitelist (IP)s: Add White-list IP’s in this field to disable maintenance mode. Whitelist Page Link(s): Add White-list Page Links from site here to disable maintenance mode.

2. Template Settings

Logo Enable: Select YES from the dropdown menu to add your logo with the template. Title Enable: Select Yes from the dropdown menu to enable meta-title. Description Enable: Select YES from the dropdown menu to enable meta-description. Clock Enable: Select YES from the dropdown menu to enable the Clock (timer) with template. Subscribe Enable: Select YES from the dropdown menu to enable visitors Email Subscription box with template.

3. Custom Template Settings Clock Settings

Enable: Select YES from the dropdown menu to enable the add Clock (timer) with template. Countdown Clock Style: Select custom Clock (timer) Style as per your brand preference from the dropdown menu. Clock Background Color: Select custom Clock (timer) Background Color as per your brand preference. Clock Number Color: In this field, Add color for Clock Numbers in hexadecimal format.

Newsletter Subscription Settings

Enable: Select YES to Enable email Newsletter Subscription box with maintenance mode. Subscription Description: In this field, add Subscription Description details. Description Text Color: In this field, add custom text color in hexadecimal format. Button Label: In this field, add the button label name that you want to show in the frontend of the button. Button Text Color: Add custom button text color in this field in hexadecimal format. Button Background Color: Add a Background Color from the color picker in this field.

Social Settings

Select YES in the Social Settings to Enable the Social Media and enter the Social Profile links to add in the template.

4. Coming Soon Page Settings

Page Title: Enter the title of the page for the coming soon page. Page Description: Enter the description of the page for the coming soon page.

Text Color: In this field, add the custom text color. Logo: Click on Choose File to upload the logo image file of your business. Background Type: Select either color or image in this field as per your preference. Background Color: Add custom background color in this field for the coming soon page. Meta Title: In this field, enter the title of your coming soon page for SEO settings. Meta Keywords: In this field, enter the keywords of your coming soon page for SEO settings. Meta Description: In this field, enter the description of your coming soon page for SEO settings. Preview: Click on the preview button to see how the coming soon page will look in the front-end.

5. Maintenance Page Settings

Page Title: Enter the title of your page in this field for the maintenance page. Page Description: Enter the description of the page in this field for the maintenance page. Text Color: Enter the color of the text in this field in the color code format. Logo: Click on Choose File to upload the logo image file of your business. Background Type: Select either color or image in this field as per your preference. Background Color: Add custom background color in this field for the maintenance page. Show Progress Bar: Select YES to add progress bar in the maintenance page. Label Color: In this field, enter the label color in hexadecimal format. Progress Bar Color: In this field, enter the Progress Bar Color in hexadecimal format. Preview: Click on the preview button to see how the maintenance page will look in the front-end.
