Out of Stock at Last Extension for Magento 2 shifts the out-of-stock products at the end of the product listing to reduce conversion fall and catch users’ attention on the products that the admin actually wants to sell.

1. Configuration
Once the extension is installed successfully, go to Stores > Configuration to configure the extension for use.
Out of Stock at Last - Enable or Disable extension from here.
Navigate to stores(Menu)->configuration->catalog(tab)->inventory(section)->stock options
Display Out of Stock Products: Select YES option to display out of stock products in your store.
Navigate to catalog(menu)->Products to view the Admin Grid of Out of Stock at Last

Check in the frontend of your store where the out of stock product will be at last.
