This particular layout was unsuccessful at allowing di ferent groups within the space to intermix with eachothe Disrupting this geometry with diagonal lines in plan may help to break up the space and cause more social interaction. The space is intentionally broken up like this to portray a certain feeling-- that of a cold, stale prison cell. It successfully does so.
Program/Organization: Comparative Analysis Project Sampling: By comparing these three very different sites, conclusions can be drawn about how each spaces program and organization a fects social behaviors.

Brief Description: Ball pit bar
Project Sampling: At Ballie Ballerson, there is one small feature ball bit which is visible from street view and one large ball pit open for all to enjoy The relationship between these two key features A angled channel of space is created as a result. Looking further into the geometry of the small ball the pit and faces them toward others to facilitate conversation. What s interesting about the form and shape and form in the ball pits themselves is that its constantly changing. While each individual ball retains its own shape, waves of them can build up in certain places, responding to the movement of the users. This can be observed in the ball displacement diagram below The concave shapes within the space and the freedom to change the space around you both had a positive impact on how users enjoyed the space.
