ZONING Dharan sports city This is the project which is one of the most interesting, new and gaigantic in size. Althrough the project has been completed to its conceptual design phase I got to learn a lot trough this project. The complete analysis of the site, its features and the pushing factorsfor this project to be successful is studied. HOW DHARAN IS RELATED TO SPORTS Dharan city already consists the sports facilities such as cricket ground, golf resort thus for dharan to purpose as the “Sports City” an international covered hall for swimming pool, the residences of accommodation of the players, hotel and practice ground are the major requirement of this project.
