Neu kohln +1 the concept revolove around merging the site into the neukolhn social vibe by export, as a result from the analysis we found that the mixed use of the existing site deminishes its social vibe and render it into an unactive site , the concept is to export the neighbouring potentials which surrounds the site form each side , north there is the treptow and golitzer park possible connection through an abadnoned railway turned into a green passageway flexible for interventions , from the east a new s-bahn station that will change the site cmpletly giving a new vaccum to be filled , form the south the water front and its neighbouring side public areas surrounding the water front and lastly the west side wich already contain a neighbouring public park with culturel potenitial in the stadlibrary and the wall of berlin passisng through both sites , the intervention is moving from micro to macro scale throught the site to callibrate between the potentials found and to conservate the balance already in the site from the function wise
