Where Is studio is a young Bangkok-based architectural design that believes in finding a specified question for each project, to understand its “core�, and develop the design based on that issue throughout the whole process with belief in this method, With its team of passionate architects and designers. Where Is studio has designed and is currently involved in both local and international projects across an array of design typologies. These include a wide range of design projects, exhibition designs, private residences to large commercial buildings.

DR .WONGPHAT JIEMVIJID Our founder, Dr . Wongphat Jiemvijid, an alumnus of King Mongkut's Institute of technology , Stanford university , Politecnico di Milano and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, founded Where Is Studio in 2009, he has held the position of President of the Association of Siamese Architects between 1998-2000 and the Secretary General for the Architect Council of Thailand from 20052009. In 2015, he received the honor of being named by the Ministry of Culture as a “National Artist” in Modern Architecture.

จากนิสยั ของเจ้าของบ้านทีช่ อบความเป็ นระเบียบเรียบร้อย และเรียบง่าย The OLDERN HOUSE จึงมีแนวคิดในการสร้าง minimal space ทีร่ กั ษาความบริสุทธิ เรี ์ ยบง่าย จากการใช้ชวี ติ ของสมาชิกในบ้านรวมถึงการเข้าถึงพื้นทีส่่ วนกลางหลักของ บ้านได้อย่างสะดวกสบาย ช่องแสงจากระแนงไม้บนหลังคาสร้างการเชือ่ มต่อในแนวตังระหว่ ้ างภายในและภายนอกซึง่ ให้แสงธรรมชาติและการระบาย อากาศไปยังทางเดิน เพือ่ รองรับความต้องการของสมาชิกในบ้านจาเป็ นต้องมีพ้นื ทีก่ ว้างขวาง และพื้นทีส่ วนขนาดใหญ่แต่ตอ้ งมีขนาดกะทัดรัด ด้วยบรรยากาศสบายๆ เป็ นกันเองโดยมีววิ สวนจากพื้นทีส่ ่วนกลางโดยตรง With owner’s habit of enjoying neat and tidy space, THE OLDERN HOUSE is a vision of creating a minimal space where always maintains its purity from any evidences of living and convenient access to the main common areas of the house. The linear void on the roof creates a vertical connection between inside and outside which provides the natural light and ventilation to the corridor. Accommodating the client’s requirements necessitated ample space, resulting in a large house and garden area, which also needed to be compact with a cozy, informal atmosphere and direct views of the garden.

การนาองค์ประกอบของสถาปั ตยกรรมเปอร์เชียมาประยุกต์ให้ร่วมสมัย โดยใช้ส่วนโค้งทางเข้ า Persian Arches และ Persian Karbandi ทีเ่ ป็ นเอกลักษณ์ เด่นมาลดทอนให้เกิดความน่ าสนใจ ร่วมสมัย รวมถึง การใช้วสั ดุทเี่ ป็ นอิฐ หิน และปูน การเซาะร่องของเสา จัดเรียงให้มจี งั หวะทีซ่ ้า และการจัดผังแบบ Persian Garden Chahar bagh คือการมี Court ย่อยๆ เพือ่ มุมมองทีห่ ลากหลายและสร้างความเป็ น ส่วนตัวในแต่ละกิจกรรม Contemporary elements of Perchia architecture , unique Persian Arches and Persian Karbandi entrance arches to attenuate element , including use the material brick, stone and cement , gouging columns . Representing the process of creating the new thing.
The concept implies a way of learning and integrates those learning processes of each of seven majors which is a true identity in faculty of architecture,KMITL, to the architecture itself, leading to the creation of the new thing. However, the architecture still leaves a trace of the faculty which are the original context, activities, user behavior and preserved nature.

Space is designed to support all kind of exhibition, for the example painting, sculpture and installation art. The site has three huge old Rain tree is planted here, so this area is chosen to be green open gallery of the project.

Inspiring a society that is conducive to happiness / reduce health problems caused by living a happy life and stress, etc. Urban Health Center is a prototype project that presents a new way of life focusing on proper eating habits and exercise by providing information and organizing intelligent learning experiences and sharing life skills training to become aware of choosing what is good for yourself, those around you and society, can apply to appropriate practices in accordance with the individual's way of life.

แนวคิดหลักเกิดจากการสังเกตการเคลื่อนไหวของเมืองและการเคลื่อนไหวของคนที่มีลกั ษณะสัมพันธ์กนั เปรียบกับชีวิตเมือง เป็ นสิ่งกาหนดต่อชีวิต ของผู้คนเช่นกัน ถูกกาหนดเป็ นพื้นที่ฟังก์ช ั ่น โดยโซนแรกเข้าถึงจากถนนคือ STOP 'ZONE เป็ นจุดเริ่มต้นที่สงบเช่นห้องนิทรรศการใช้สีแดงเพื่อเป็ น ตัวแทนของโซน ถัดไปคือ SLOW' ZONE 'ใช้สีเหลืองเพื่อกระตุ้นการเคลื่อนไหวเช่นห้องสมุด โซนเกี่ยวกับการเรียนรู้ และสุดท้ าย SPEED 'ZONE ใช้ สีเขียวเพื่อแสดงถึงการเคลื่อนไหว เช่นพื้นที่ออกกาลังกายและกิจกรรม พื้นที่สีเขียวภายนอก The movement of the city and motion will define the function area . The first zone when access from the road is STOP' ZONE I t was a calm start like the exhibition room Use red to represent zones. The concept "Boxing is like a closed box" is a concept for solving boxing problems because boxing is specific sport and hard to reach. Design concept to give an opportunity to see the rehearsal activities from the gym that is a public area and open the perspective, arrange the function about boxing with general activities such as restaurants, waiting hall.
