More donations for the R.F.D.S

We are back into the Queensland Show Circuit and once again I am travelling as part of the Show Circuit collecting donations from the small country towns. They’re always friendly.

light, in the warmth of the cab safely parked up on the side of the road next to a cane field and a couple biggish trees, but I left my headlights on, which also meant my dash lights were on too.

One cannot describe the sheer horror/panic of opening your eyes not even 10ish minutes later and seeing a tree directly in front of you with a cane field illuminated by headlights, still wearing my UHF headphones with the drone of static….. thinking that I’d fallen asleep driving. Far out that’s not something I’m gonna forget in a hurry.

starting to feel a bit drowsy so being sensible I pulled over to have a rest for maybe an hr or so, nap, go for a walk etc just to wake myself up a bit, didn’t get that far and ended up after spending a few minutes checking my phone putting my head onto the crook of my arm on my Engle in the cab of the tractor and passed out like a
