A unique project with garden, parking and roof terraces in Son Espanyolet This is a project that many of our clients have been asking for some time. These stylish houses will be built on a quiet Spanish style street of Son Espanyolet. The location is perfect for clients who want to live close to the Santa Catalina market (7 minutes by walking) and the new Palma Tennis Club (3 minutes by walking). The houses are located in a quiet residential area of Palma, known as Son Espanyolet. Each house will have its private garden with pool, high wooden beam ceilings and ample outside space and terraces.

The architect Alex von Waberer is behind the design of this magnificent house. He is well known for combining the Spanish architecture with modern living standards. Therefore the house will have traditional Santa Catalina style from the outside whereas inside floor plans meet our clients’ expectations. Features such as high ceilings, wooden beams, open living spaces with design kitchens form part of the concept. This is the biggest house in the project with a double ceiling living room with integrated kitchen facing a beautiful garden via large windows.

Son Espanyolet is a nice, family friendly neighborhood within walking distance to schools, nurseries and Palma city center. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the famous market hall in the popular Santa Catalina with all the trendy cafes and popular restaurants. Perfect choice of area for those who want to stay in a quieter area and still be within walking distance to everything you need. Even the well-known hospital Juaneda with Swedish-speaking staff is located in the same area. The motorway is easy to reach and it takes only 15 minutes to drive to the international airport.
