Frequently Asked Questions How do I disable disc verification? Clear the Verify check box before you start burning or during the burning. Does ImgBurn support DVD DL? ImgBurn supports DVD DL. The burning process is the same as regular DVD-R discs. Why can’t I erase the RW disc? Please double check that you are exactly using the RW disc. Before starting the burning process, make sure the Write Speed is set correctly for your RW disc. Some RW discs only support a slow writing speed, such as 4X-10X. If you choose a faster speed, you may receive an unexpected result. ImgBurn says “directory depth exceeds ISO9660 limit of 8 levels.” How do I solve this? Under the Build mode, on the right side of the window, click the Advanced > Restrictions > ISO9660 tab. Select the Allow More Than 8 Directory Levels check box. ImgBurn can’t find my disc. The burning button is unavailable. Make sure you have inserted a disc. If you have multiple optical disc drives, select the desired drive from the Source drop-down list.
