INTERIOR OUTSIDE Level 2FROM Studio : Designing Office Spaces - Huge glass facade on south and south east face. Faculty of Design, CEPT University Therefore there is transparency as half of the building is seen from outside. INTERIORS FROM INTERIOR - Large 9 columns in space which divides it in 3 bays and makes space look linear. - Columns blocking the views across the place. But also helps in directing in the space.

16 DRAWBACKS OF SPACE - South facade has glass that brings lot of natural sunlight to the space and keeps the space heated up through out the day. - The loaction of the building is at the corner of the road at intersection where there is lots of traffic throughout the day, which makes the place very noisy.
BENEFITS OF SPACE - The building is at the corner which makes its two facades open so air circulation is good. - The space is linear and is divided into three bays and divides space into nine small parts and columns guides into the space. - There is lot of natural sunlight coming in the building which can help in winter mornings.
