As a first step we carry out a comprehensive analysis of your business needs. When we have gathered all of this information together, we review your requirements in full before coming back to you with a full proposal, detailed costing and a timetable for programming and installation.
Once the contract is agreed, an implementation team will be allocated to work on the installation of your software, dealing with any programming, hardware and training requirements you may have. When the software is installed, we can provide you with a standard test system to begin with so that your team can familiarise themselves with the software before going live with real data.

With the ability to search and find information quickly and easily you’ll improve productivity and reduce the physical space required to store documents. The Document Image Processing (DIP) solution will allow your business to convert paper documentation into electronic files and control access to these files through the personal computer and your computer network. In addition to images, other file types can be stored and retrieved such as MS Word documents or MS Excel spread sheets. You will have rapid access to stored information when you need it, with single or multi-user access. Documents are stored in secured areas called Cabinets. Telematics is ubiquitous within the transport and logistics industry today, so to make sure clients have reliable, cost-effective options, Mandata has designed and manufactured a range of powerful devices and solutions. Mandata’s tracking units combine GPS satellite tracking with GPRS communications and are tailored for trailers, refrigeration, CAN bus and digital tachographs. Events such as ignition and door opening or closing can be monitored, all in real-time. Alarms can be triggered on specific conditions such as entering forbidden zones or leaving designated areas and demurrage can now be reported by vehicle, location and time.
Mandata’s unique geo-fencing feature enables the status of consignments to be updated automatically within Manpack3. All of the information is visible through the Advanced Services web portal. This provides staff and clients with secure access to progress status updates in real-time. As collections and deliveries are completed, users are able to see who signed for the goods and when.

Important information about idling, speeding, harsh acceleration and deceleration, engine revolutions, accelerator pedal position and fuel economy are all recorded and collated for each driver and unit for analysis. Configurable scoring matrices allow you to rank your drivers and vehicles in order to easily identify underperforming units and drivers who need training. Co-Pilot Satellite Navigation The latest version of Mandata PDA software integrates with the Co-Pilot satellite navigation suite. The software can also include real-time traffic information and instant messaging between Manpack3 and the PDA to ensure seamless communication between your traffic planners and drivers. The Co-Pilot feature uses information from the load and job to navigate to collection and delivery points, all the while planning out the best route for the job by taking into consideration the type of materials being carried to ensure the safest routes are planned. The Co-Pilot software can also be set up to a pre-defined route, with any deviation from planned routes sending an alert back to Head Office to track and further investigate.
The new software feature provides peace of mind for Traffic Planners as they can rest assured drivers are sticking to the most cost and time effective routes, and stepping away from typical driver habits of choosing their own routes in favour of convenience or personal preference. The PDA software monitors the driver’s journey and as soon as the route has been calculated, it is easy to determine whether the vehicle has deviated from the set route, storing information in Advanced Services for analysis later. This enhancement to the PDA’s will allow for savings in fuel, reduction in late deliveries, increased customer satisfaction and enable full visibility of your fleet. Co-Pilot Professional Truck is provided by ALK which can be bought separately through Mandata for installation on PDA’s. With the truck version of the software you can also enter the weight, axle weight, dimensions of your vehicle as well as any hazardous materials for Co-Pilot to plan routes accordingly.

In one action manifests can be scanned and POD’s saved to Manpack3 within minutes so you can invoice quickly as jobs are completed. In-Cab Scanning allows a driver to access Manifest information whilst on the road via an Android device (PDA or mobile phone). When the load has been dropped and the documentation signed for, the driver scans the paperwork using a mobile scanner connected to the Android device. The resulting image is then sent via a data connection to their Head Office for processing.
Mandata’s system automates the procedure so that POD’s can be on their way to you and your customers within minutes and details saved to Manpack3. The system enables the full process to be completed in one action, without the time consuming process of drivers having to manually check jobs off their paper manifests and it enables you to invoice quickly once a job is complete.

The Online Data Backup Service can provide a fully automated, encrypted and highly secure data backup solution for electronic data. Your data is encrypted before it is transmitted off-site to our secure data centre, and remains so until you choose to retrieve it.
