Dubbed by the New York Times, “The Last Leading Man” on Broadway, Tony-Award Winner Brian Stokes Mitchell starred in John Williams’ Jazz version of “My Fair Lady” at Tanglewood and headlined the Carnegie Hall concert presentation of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s “South Pacific” with Reba McEntire, which airs on PBS. A new production and a first for both the Mann and the Russian National Orchestra is Cirque de la Symphonie. The evening will showcase a troupe of aerial flyers and acrobats, marrying the magic of cirque and orchestra in the Mann’s pavilion.
