Reverse Osmosis System for Brackish Water (Range: 180 & 300 l/h)

Veluda’s WRO brakish water Reverse Osmosis treatment systems are fully automated with a microprocessor based controller and digital display. The units are equipped with membrane elements that allow for up to 99.6 % rejection of salts producing water free of bacteria, viruses and pyrogens. WRO units include a carbon block catridge filter which serves for removal of both suspended solids with a nominal 5-micron filtration rating as well as chlorine. They also include the necessary instruments and sensors for monitoring and regulating the operation of the system and guarantee uninterrupted production of high quality water, complying with the strictest standards. Also, WRO units are equipped with inlet and permeate water conductivity meters, flow meters and pressure gauges. The high capacity carbon block cartridge filter has a lifetime of up to 1.000 hours of operation depending on the raw water characteristics and chlorine concentration. All hydraulic components used in the WRO system are of high quality, corrosion-resistant materials suitable for drinking. Customized systems can be engineered upon request. Designed and manufactured in accordance with applicable EU directions.

Reverse Osmosis System for Brackish Water ( Range: 0.7-2.7 m3/h)

Veluda Reverse Osmosis BWF Series are designed and manufactured according to the highest requirements of quality, safety and noise level. BWF is suitable for low and medium flow rates where brackish or tap water is to be treated. The BWF system offers chemical and microbiological water treatment, with a salt rejection of 90-95% producing water of high quality, which complies with the most demanding specifications, free of bacteria, viruses and pyrogens. On the standard equipment of BWF units include a cartridge filter with a nominal 1-micron filtration rate and a high pressure pump made by stainless steel. All hydraulic components used in BWF systems are of high quality and are corrosion-resistant, suitable for use with for treatment of water intended for human consumption. Furthermore, these systems include three pressure switches, a permeate water conductivity meter, three flow-metes, three regulating valves and two pressure gauges.

It is considered that the goods have been delivered to the buyer from the moment of the collection of the goods by the transport agency (Ex Works). • The ownership and the nomination of the goods remains to the selling company and is transferred after full and total payoff. • In case that we are unable to meet the predefined times that have been set for the execution of the order due to force majeure, for example bad weather conditions, strikes et al., then the validity of our contractual obligation is suspended. The customer is informed immediately about the way and the time needed for the completion of the order, without being entitled to compensation. In any case, contact the order department for prompt and valid information regarding the order. • Any complaint when delivering the order must be made immediately upon the receiving of the order and within 48 hours. • If a product is defective, the responsible for the receiving of the order ought to inform immediately the sales department. If a complaint is justifiable, the customer has the right to request change or return of the defective product and the shipping costs will be borne by our company. • In case that the selling company sells defective consumables and devices, the seller company is not liable to compensation or loss of earnings, apart from the replacement of the defective product. The buyer is charged with the shipping costs and with the cost of the return. The replacement is done in the whole quantity or in a part of the quantity depending on each case and based only on proof data (video, photos, et al.) as well as at the selling company discretion. • The buyer ought to understand the suitability of the bought product for any application/use it is intended. The buyer takes the risk and the responsibility for the bad and unsuitable usage. The selling company bears no responsibility for the bad usage of the product. • Defective products can be replaced only if the goods are in their initial package and after the check and the approval of the technical department of the company. • All the prices either on the pricelist or on the website of the company do not include VAT. In case that the prices change, the company informs on time either electronically (via email) or by phones all the customers. • The payment of each order is made when the pre-invoice is issued in the agreed deadline and before issuing the document (invoice/receipt). • For the cash deposit or the transfer of the money through e-banking there are the following bank accounts: • NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE: GR4001107100000071000230863 • EUROBANK: GR4102601340000080201010536 • PIRAEUS BANK: GR8501713660006366143620855 • ALPHA BANK:GR8401407880788002330003482 • In case that the money is deposited via bank or via e-banking, a copy of the bank transaction document must be transmitted in the sales department via email so that the relevant receipt can be issued and sent. After this process the order can be sent.

• All the products of the company meet the requirements of European standards and guidelines. They are accompanied by a full range of certifications, which include the following: • ISO 9001 • ISO 22000 • CE • WQA in USA -Water Quality Association • The duration of the warranty is 24 months. It starts at the date that the company is informed about the device installation, the customer details and the device details. • In case that the seller is authorized as a network partner, he declares that he has taken note of the warranty form and its terms and takes the responsibility for informing the ending customer about the correct use of the product. Otherwise, the guarantee form is not valid and cannot be applied. • The warranty form expires in the cases which are written in details in the warranty form of the device. Indicatively, a) When there is no warranty form and a valid document (form of shipment, delivery or receiving, or invoice or receipt) b) When the damage results from the operation of the device other than that for which it was designed. c) When it is found that the buyer has not used the device properly in accordance with the use instructions given for each type of device. Also, if the manufacturer’s procedures of maintenance and service are not followed by the buyer. d) If an unauthorized technician interferes with the equipment. e) If the customer does not carry out the planned periodic maintenance the equipment. f) If the product has been changed or an unauthorized component has been used. The courts of Athens are responsible for resolving any dispute that may have arisen between the company and its clients.
