Did you know that Mansfield University was the home of the first night football game in 1892? Mansfield is recognized by both the College and Pro Football Halls of Fame as the Birthplace of Night Football. Mansfield University participates in NCAA Division II Athletics and The Collegiate Sprint Football League.

Students have access to events and activities throughout campus ranging from concerts, speakers, and bus trips to comedy shows, trivia, community service events, and much more. Mansfield University is a small school with huge opportunities for our students. Our university has over 400 internship affiliation agreements with a wide variety of businesses, organizations, and agencies, providing eligible students with a wealth of work experience opportunities. Mansfield University students have interned with companies ranging from NASA and Disney to local banks and hometown businesses. Our graduates pursue a wide range of career paths and continuing education opportunities. The Class of 2018 had 96% success rate.* *Within 9 months of graduation, 79% graduates employed, 16% enrolled in post-graduate programs, and 1% in the United States military service.
