“Former members who left the SAPS due to retirement, were dishonourably discharged or dismissed, left pending the finalisation of disciplinary and/or criminal proceedings or left due to ill-health retirement or medical boarding, will not be considered for re-enlistment,” said Phahlane.
Former members applying for reenlistment will be subjected to a thorough screening process, which will include, but not be restricted to: psychological assessment; fingerprinting; reference-checking; medical testing and checking of previous

TEGWAN’S NEST PRIMARY SCHOOL BENEFITS FROM SASOL!
ELECTION OBSERVER APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN!
APPLICATIONS for organisations to observe the 2016 Municipal Elections are open until 5pm on Friday 24 June 2016. Observers, both foreign and domestic, are extremely valuable to the election process. 1. Neutral outsiders, who have been present and seen what has happened during voting, counting and the determination of results, can tell the world that the process was transparent, free and fair. The opinion of an impartial witness carries a great deal of weight. 2. It's also possible that the presence of observers has a stabilising effect on would-be troublemakers and ensures that everyone concerned is on their best behaviour. 3. International observers, from organisations such as the Organisation of African Unity (OAU) and the Commonwealth, often have vast experience of elections in various parts of the world and are able to give us invaluable advice and support.
What they do
Observers keep an eye on voting procedures, the counting of votes, and the determination and declaration of results.

egativity is like venom that rushes through your blood system, gushing up to destroy your nervous system or shut down your brain from positive functions. It convinces its victims to accept defeat and failure as though it is normal to do so; it paves your way towards your fall and destruction. Negative attitude smiles at your face whilst waiting for that hour when you will fall on your knees and utter words like “I can’t” or “It’s not for me”, it always compares you with others but not the right ones. This disease drains your ability, potential and hope, places you in lonely dark corner where only you and your shadow discuss nothing but negativity.
Yes we all get challenged sometimes, but that does not mean we are what our challenges put us through, it takes one with a simple positive mind-set to break the negative stereotype and see beyond the dark moments. Shake off any form of negativity in your life; watch your utterances and statements for they shall be the foundation of your future. Word of caution from the editor:
