GENERAL INFORMATION SERVICE CHARGE A twenty two (22%) percent service charge and applicable state tax (7.75%) will be added to all food and beverage charges. Please note that service charge is taxable by California state law. Menu prices are subject to market fluctuation.

DEPOSITS A nonrefundable deposit, which is applied to your food and beverage total, is required to reserve your date. Deposit schedules are generated according to time of booking. 100% of the final estimated balance is due 10 days prior to the event date. Final payment must be paid with cash, cashier's check or credit card. All deposits are nonrefundable and non transferable.

MENU If you should prefer an item not currently on our printed menus our culinary staff with be glad to custom design a menu to accommodate your specific needs. Should you desire a selection of two entrees, you will be required to provide us with an exact count of each entree 10 days prior to your event along with coded place cards (pre-set on guest tables) indicating each guest's entree selection.

BOOKING POLICY Marbella Country Club will place a soft hold on a date for 7 days without a signed contract and initial deposit. In the event that a date needs to be postponed, a date change fee of $1,500 will apply ($2,500 within 90 days of event date). Event date must be moved within the same calendar year. In the event of cancellation, all deposits are non refundable and required food & beverage minimum will still apply if cancelled within 90 days of event.

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS Marbella Country Club requires a licensed and professional day of wedding planner to work hand in hand with our venue manager. Marbella Country Club staff will not be responsible for coordination of ceremony, grand entrance, & placement of personal wedding items. Marbella Country Club requires proof of insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 in liability coverage for all vendors providing goods & services on property. Maximum of two (2) hours of pre-event set-up are provided for each event unless other arrangements are approved by us.

RENTALS & DECORATIONS Marbella Country Club will be responsible for placing all outside rental orders such as linens, chairs, tables, ice sculptures, lounge furniture, tenting, ceiling treatments, dance floors, festival lighting and chandeliers. No outside rentals of any kind are permitted. All candle decorations must be approved prior to the event. Sparklers are only permitted in front valet circle. We do not allow decorations to be stapled, taped, nailed or any other substance to be affixed to any of the walls, floors, or ceilings of the room. Marbella Country Club also asks that you do not use rice, confetti, birdseed, glitter, or fake rose petals as a part of your decor. Client must take all decorations & personal belongings upon conclusion of the event
