It sets out the standards, with which you are expected to comply with, and gives you clear policies and procedures to follow. You should read the handbook thoroughly and familiarise yourself with the information provided. It is important that you fully understand everything covered in it. These are to be regarded as non-contractual however if you breach these rules it is likely this will be taken into account in Disciplinary and Grievance proceedings. Where there is a difference between your Contract of Employment and this handbook, your Contract will apply. For the avoidance of doubt, the policies contained in this handbook are noncontractual unless otherwise stated.

Top Job Recruitment is situated at 40 North Hill, Colchester CO1 1PY Train – Colchester Station is the closest (approx. 0.7 miles) Bus – Numbers 65, 70, 71, 71A, 74, 75, 75B, 76, 103, 104 or 88 (Essex County Hospital) Road – Come off at Junction 26 of the A12 then at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Cymbeline Way. At the roundabout take the first exit and onto the A1124, Lexden Road. Warning: Speed Cameras along the A1124 . At the roundabout take the 3rd exit and stay in the left-hand lane toward the town centre. At the traffic lights turn left into Head Street. Church Street can be found on the left-hand side opposite Halifax. Top Job Recruitment is situated opposite Smith’s Wine Bar on the lefthand side.

Parking - There is no parking near the office however there is parking at St Mary’s Fields Car park on Balkerne Hill CO3 3AA and also at St John’s on Southway CO2 7AN.
