Returning Top Job Recruitment property References to be given on termination Obligations

On termination of your employment or at any other time in accordance with instructions given to you by Top Job Recruitment you will immediately return all equipment, correspondence, records, reports and other documents and any copies and any other property belonging to Top Job Recruitment (including but not limited to Company equipment, mobile phone, credit cards, keys and passes) which are in your possession or under your control. You shall, if so required by Top Job Recruitment, confirm in writing your compliance with your obligations under this paragraph Should you leave the Top Job Recruitment’s employment we will normally provide you with a factual reference, as appropriate, directly to your prospective or new employer in a form deemed appropriate. Your prospective or new employer should make requests for references, in writing, to Marc Smith. You must ensure that, after employment as per your Contract of Employment, you keep secret, not reveal to, nor in anyway communicate to, any person, firm or company, nor use to your own or another’s advantage any trade or commercial information, or any other confidential information concerning Top Job Recruitment, its business relationships and affairs and its customers or clients which you obtain as a result of your employment, unless compelled by a Court of Competent Jurisdiction, or directed to do so by Top Job Recruitment.
