Lo que se vive en ese pais es algo unico, clonde la musica, la fantasia y el color son los protagonistas. Los turislas vibran con la fuerza y colorido del candombe, caracte rizado por el dialogo d e tres tipos de tambores: chico, repique y piano. Sue na n mas de 2.000 tambores al uniso no. Son un ciasico de este camaval las murgas, parodistas, humorist as, revistas y comparsas que se desarrollan tanto en los tablados de los barrios de Montevideo, como en el Teatro d e Verano clonde se celebra eI Concurso Oficial de Ag r upaciones Carnavaleras. La mejor forma de empezar a conocer una dudad es sumergirse en su historia y las plazas d e armas son eI mejor lugar, generalmente estan ubicadas en el centro historico y la de Iquique no es la excepci6n. La Plaza Arturo Prat en Iquique (C hile) esta rod eada de beIlas edificadones que aun conservan el glamour de la abundanda que se vivi6 en los tiempos de la explotacion salitrera. En esta plaza 10 primero que destaca es la Torre del Relo; que con sus 25 metros de alto es uno de los prindpales simbolos de la dudad, se encuentra en el centro d e la plaza y fue construida en 1878. De cara a esta reaUdad, en 2016 la Asamblea General de la ONU declare el 201 9 como Ailo Internad onal de las Lenguas Indigenas para crear conciencia sobre la cuestion y generar una labor mundial orqueslada que las proleja, las promueva y revitalice y que ayude a mejorar la vida de quienes las !lablan. Las lenguas enuncian con precision la profundidad de la concepcion del mundo de una determinada cultura. Gracias a elias podemos saber, por ejemplo, que para los hablantes de nahuatl, una de las lenguas indigenas de Mexico, no exisle el concepto de maldad como normal mente se concibe en las sociedades hispanoparlantes, eI nahuati utiliza el termino ~amo·cualli~ que significa nobueno. Detalles sutiles como este demuestran las diferencias ideol6gicas entre el nahuati y el espaflol y entre sus respectivos hablantes.

Ubicado en el de partamento de Flores (Uruguay), el Geoparque Grutas del Palacio es un destino recome ndable para los que buscan experiencias diferentes y que esten interesados en areas como la geologia y arqueologia, ya que se puede encontrar antiguas cavernas, pintu ras rupest res, recorrer bellos paisajes de colinas y disfrutar de lagos. Se encuentra a tres horas de Montevideo y cuenta con reconocimiento de la UNESCO. Este paraje abarca una superficie de 3.641 km (14 geositios y 12 sitios de interes), siendo eI mas emblematico y que da nombre a todo eI parque, las "Grutas del Palacio una peculiar formaci6n geologica con cavernas conformadas de minerales de hierro y sustentada por un cente nar de estructuras con forma de columnas, muy resiste ntes a la erosion, asemejandose a un laberinto. Located in the department of Flores (Uruguay), the Geopark Crutas del Palacio is a highly recommended destination for those who seek different experiences and who are interested in areas such as geology and archeology, since here you wiIl find ancient cave",s, rock paintings, and walks through beautiful landscapes of hilIs and lakes. It is located three hours from MOlltevideo and has recognition from UNES. This area covers an area of 3,641 km (14 geosites aud 12 sites of interest). Entre las bandas que encabezan el lineup 20 19 estan los britanicos de Arctic Monkeys, el cantante Lenny Kravitz, el duo musical Twenty One Pilots, el DJ Steve Aoki, los neoyorquinos de Interpol y los irlandeses de Snow Patrol y el rock de la banda 1975. Pero tambien estaran presentes artistas his panos, es el caso de los uruguayos del Cuarteto de Nos, los venezolanos de Caramelos de Cianuro e induso la c umbia villera argentina de Damas Gratis, haciendo un total de 18 bandas internacionales. OPERACION LlMPIEZA OPERATION CLEAN EI gobierno de China anu nci6 una serie de medidas especiales para regular los pennisos para ascender al imponente Everest desde la vertiente norte en 2019. Es asi que la nueva regulacion planea recortar en un tercio los permisos este ano, con el objetivo de comenzar una gran operacion de limpieza en el coloso. Segun fuentes oticiales se estima que cada ano alrededor de 60 mil personas viajan hasta la zona del campo base de la montana mas alta del mundo, entre alpinistas, guias y turistas. " Para ser sumiller hay que tener el don de percibir aromas yespecial mente las mujeres 10 tenemos muy desarrollado".

Carmen Buitrago recuerda sus vacaciones de infancia en los campos de Cinti (Chuquisaca), paseando los vinedos de la mano de su abuelo. con quien disfruto las cosedlas, el delicioSQ a roma de la tierra, las fiestas de la vendimia y la produCCiOn de los destilados. En ese entonces. la pequena Carmen no se imaginaba que se convertir(a en la unica mujer sumiller certificada de Bolivia. Aunque su familia produce San Remo, el unico singani dluquisaqueno que se e xport.a a Estados Unidos y Helsinki (Finlandia), ella no pensaba dedicarse a este rubro. "Antes yo no sabia que hab(a una profesiOn pa ra catar vinos. eras enOlogo. agrOnomo 0 productor. para todo hay que estudiar qu(mica y no era mi fuerte y 10 de los vinos siempre fue un nidlo muy masculino". nos contO. Sin embargo, un buen d(a la vida la lIevo a ltalia donde realizo el diplomado GestiOn en AdministraciOn de Bodegas Medianas. alii descub!"io que disfrutaba mucho la cata. reconocer las caracter(sticas y cualidades del vino, su pl"oceso y la memoria que lIeva consigo. De Bolognia se fue aRoma y se inscribio a la FederatiOn Italiana de Sumilleres de Restaurantes y Hoteles. una de las universidades mas importantes de Italia y del mundo en este rubro. " En estos cursos encontre mi fuen te de inspiraCion y dejaba de hacer muchas cosas pa ra estudiar. Para ser catador hay que ser sumiller, un eslabOn muy importante en la cadena del vino", nos e xplico Carmen. "Catando VInOS es como aprendes a desa rrollar el ollato, es pura practica, al inicio es dillcil, pero hay un estuche frances de esencias que se llama la nariz del vino, al oler las especias tu cerebro empieza a conectar y record a r las fragancias". Nos conto que en los cursos era la unica latina y todos se preguntaba n que hada una boliviana estudiando sumilleria, "acaso hay vino en Bolivia?, siempre les respondia que no son los mas conocidos de Sudamerica, pero son Unicos.

VUELOS Y TARIFAS SOLIDARIAS A RURRENABAQUE Y SAN BORJA Tras las inundaciones provocadas por las lluvias y los consiguientes desbordes de rios que afectaron a varias zonas del departamento de Beni en Bolivia, la aerolinea Amaszonas dispuso la creacion de vuelos y tarifas solidarias para atender a las ciudades de Rurrenabaque y San Borja, dos de los municipios mas afectados por los efectos adversos del clima. Respondiendo a la convocatoria de solidaridad que realiz6 el presidente del Estado Plurinacional, Evo Morales, para atende r a los damnificados por las lluvias e inundaciones, se ha decidi6 la creaci6n de inmediato de vuelos solidarios para atender a las personas damnificadas por inundaciones. En total se realizaron 20 vuelos solidarios. De esta manera se busca paliar en algo los duros momentos que estan viviendo las familias damnificadas.
