Isso porque 2017 deverá ser marcado por muitas propostas de diversão, inovação e economia criativa, a fim de superar o ano anterior, analisado como um dos mais difíceis nos últimos tempos.

Ao ser considerado um período de recuperação, o Carnaval deste ano vigente contará com enredos diversificados, trazendo para o Polo Cultural do Anhembi, temas culturais variados, como a música e a arte de rua, além de temas religiosos, exaltando figuras como a Mãe Menininha do Gantois e Nossa Senhora Aparecida, isso só para citar algumas das propostas carnavalescas. Sob o olhar atento dos foliões que ficam à espera de novidades e muita criatividade das escolas, os operários da festa se esmeram e elaboram coisas inusitadas para a avenida.

Para os carnavalescos de ponta a ponta, um item favorável e de extrema importância finalmente chegou: a inauguração da Fábrica dos Sonhos, que tem por objetivo acomodar as agremiações em um espaço dedicado especialmente a elas. A iniciativa permite que as comunidades possam trazer boa parte do seu trabalho para perto do Sambódromo, proporcionando economia de tempo e dinheiro, em diversos níveis. Agilizar muitas das ações que precisam ser realizadas ao longo da preparação e finalização dos desfiles também é um fator que valoriza o espetáculo final.

A Revista Sampa Carnaval e Turismo chega ao 16º número carregada de emoção, com matérias interessantes, reportagens bem elaboradas e design diferenciado.

A

Liga SP tem como missão ser uma instituição inovadora e engrandecedora da maior festa popular do país, obtendo parcerias de sucesso através de seu alcance comunicacional, para prosperar e gerar negócios lucrativos que beneficiem as escolas de samba, investidores e a economia da cidade de São Paulo. É com este olhar que venho conduzindo a Liga durante estes 8 anos.

E estamos em constante crescimento. Em 2016 comemoramos os 30 anos da Liga SP e a cada ano, a instituição entende a necessidade de manter uma organização capaz de planejar, estruturar e executar com dedicação integral e ampla visão de desenvolvimento o desfile na maior metrópole do país tendo um carnaval à altura de São Paulo.

Desde então, ano após ano, a LIGA SP contribui para que o desfile das Paulo escolas de samba ganhe visibilidade e respeito, consolidando-se não só como mais uma festa popular do país, mas também como evento oficial presente no calendário de São Paulo, impulsionando a economia, a geração de emprego e negócios e estimulando a cultura e o acesso a projetos sociais de integração as comunidades da cidade.

Este sucesso de nosso evento pode ser medido através de números. Em quatro dias de desfiles, atraímos mais de 110 mil espectadores e cerca de 30 mil componentes na passarela do samba.

Esses números expressam a maturidade que o desfile das escolas de samba chegou aos dias atuais e o profundo anseio de criar, a cada ano, um grandioso espetáculo que traga cultura, lazer e entretenimento a cidade, e com isso, gere oportunidades de parceria e novos e bem sucedidos negócios.

The Liga SP’s mission is to be an innovative and aggrandizing institution of the country’s biggest popular party, achieving successful partnerships through its communication outreach, to thrive and generate profitable business that benefit the samba schools, the investors and the economy of the city of São Paulo.With this approach I have been leading the League during these 8 years.

And we are constantly growing. In 2016 we commemorate the 30th anniversary of the SP League and each year the institution understands the need to maintain an organization that is able to plan, structure and execute with full dedication and a broad vision of development this Parade in the largest metropolis of the country having a carnival that is on a par of Sao Paulo.

Since then, year after year, LIGA SP contributes to the promotion of the samba schools parades, so that they gain visibility and respect, consolidating not only as one more popular party in the country but also as an official event present in the calendar of São Paulo, boosting the economy, generating jobs and businesses and stimulating the culture and the access to social projects to integrate the communities of the city.

The success of our event can be measured by numbers. In the four days of parade we attracted more than 110 thousand spectators and about 30 thousand components in the samba Avenue.

These numbers express the maturity the samba schools parade have reached nowadays and the deep yearning to create a great spectacle that brings culture, leisure and entertainment to the city, and with that generate partnership opportunities and successful business.

In 2017 I am sure that the public of the Sambódromo will be surprised with such greatness of the spectacles of each school will present. I invite you all to give prestige to the party and I wish you a Happy Carnival!

E

m noite de gala em um conceituado bar boêmio, situado no bairro da Vila Madalena em São Paulo, foi realizado no dia 28 de janeiro de 2016 uma grande festa do ‘Esquenta do Carnaval’, com a presença de vários sambistas de todas as agremiações paulistanas, além de personalidades da mídia.

O evento era mais que especial para a equipe da Revista Sampa Carnaval e Turismo, pois a revista que é especializada em cobertura das escolas de samba do grupo especial e

de acesso do carnaval paulistano, além de matérias culturais, com publicação pelo Instituto Cultural Ébano, com distribuição gratuitas nas dependências do Sambódromo do Anhembi em SP e na Marques de Sapucaí no RJ, havia acabado de apagar as velinhas de seus 15 anos de muita glória, samba no pé e conteúdo da melhor qualidade do carnaval, sempre entretendo e informando a todos com as novidades do carnaval de cada ano.

Publicação Sr.Eduardo de Paula, juntamente com a equipe de redação, não mediram esforços e durante o coquetel comemorativo do lançamento da edição de 2016, lançaram simultâneo duas revista de uma única vez, trazendo na capa a simpática e querida Elisângela Nicolelis, a Rainha do Bloco Fuzuê e na edição comemorativa a capa foi estampada pela elegante Carmen Mouro, a primeira Rainha de Bateria Africana na história do carnaval.

Carmen Mouro que é empresaria Angolana, foi coroada pelo Cônsul de Angola no Brasil, Belo Mangueira; como Rainha de Bateria da escola de samba Pérola Negra.

O evento foi abrilhantando com a presença da cantora Adryana Ribeiro, que ao lado de seu grupo “Adryana e a Rapaziada”, cantaram os seus maiores sucessos colocando todos para dançar.

Ainda estiveram presente prestigiando o coquetel, o modelo Carlos Franco, Mister São Paulo Universo 2016 e a atriz Márcia Imperator, que ficou famosa por povoar o imaginário dos adolescentes ao participar da primeira versão do quadro “Teste de Fidelidade”, apresentado por João Kleber na década de 2000.

The event was more than special for the Sampa Magazine Carnival and Tourism team, because the magazine that is specialized in the coverage of the samba schools of the special group and access of the São Paulo carnival, in

addition to cultural matters and that is published by the Instituto Cultural Ébano, with free distribution in the Anhembi Sambódromo in SP and Marques de Sapucaí Avenue in RJ, had just blown up the candles of its 15 years of glory, samba dancing and best quality content about carnival, always entertaining and informing all the people with the news of the carnival of each year.

As a festive year, Publisher Chairperson Mr. Eduardo de Paula, together with the editorial team, made all the efforts and during the cock-

tail celebration commemorating the launch of the 2016 edition, they launched simultaneously two magazines at a single time, having on the cover the charming and dear Elisângela Nicolelis, the Queen of the Bloco Fuzuê and in the commemorative edition the cover was stamped with the elegant Carmen Mouro, the first African Drum Queen in the history of the carnival. Carmen Mouro, who is an Angolan businesswoman, was crowned as the Drum Queen of the Perola Negra samba school by the Angolan Consul in Brazil, Belo Mangueira.

The event was brightened with the presence of the singer Adryana Ribeiro, who along with their group “Adryana and the Boys”, sang their greatest hits and made everybody dance.

Also there were at the cocktail party, the model Carlos Franco, Mister São Paulo Universe 2016 and the actress Márcia Imperator, who became famous for being in the imaginary of adolescents by participating in the first version of the TV show “Teste de Fidelidade”, presented by João Kleber in the 2000s.

Rainha de bateria da Acadêmicos do Tatuapé privilegia qualidade de vida

A

o estrear na Acadêmicos do Tatuapé, Andrea Capitulino, tem a ansiedade como companheira. Envolvida com a comunidade da zona Leste desde o ano passado, Andrea vem ratificar o que é ser uma rainha com foco social. “Temos que ajudar a escola, no trabalho comunitário: precisamos olhar pra dentro da agremiação ao longo do ano. A ajuda ao próximo, aos mais carentes é muito importante”, avalia.

Veterana no carnaval carioca, estreante em São Paulo. Vila Isabel, Salgueiro, Mangueira e Unidos da Tijuca eram suas vizinhas quando nasceu. Voltando no tempo, Andrea lembra que, quando menina, a mãe já a levava para as quadras. A convivência com as alas da comunidade da Vila Isabel, principalmente, moldou a sambista que é hoje; porém, ela não deixou de frequentar o reduto das escolas coirmãs. “Eu achava um lugar que tivesse carnaval, samba...

Enfim, este clima de escola que eu adoro”, salienta. Apaixonada pela festa e pelo ritmo, Andrea estava sempre em alguma quadra: Estácio de Sá, Renascer de Jacarepaguá, Vila Rica e Paraíso do Tuiuti: não importava se era do grupo principal ou de acesso – os últimos 15 anos foram assim até ir morar fora do Brasil.

Mas no período em que esteve no exterior, deu uma pausa para retomar sua paixão, depois de algum tempo – a avenida. Ao conversar com

uma amiga de São Paulo, a mesma a convidou para desfilar na Vai-Vai, mas não seria daquela vez. Desde 2016, frequenta a comunidade do Tatuapé: simpatia à toda prova, Andrea chegou e foi participar da festa do Dia das Crianças, importante para a integração com os componentes. Essa vivência RJ/SP permite que ela tenha uma visão bastante clara, inclusive de organização do evento. Para ela, um planejamento bem estruturado pode gerar renda para as agremiações, e São Paulo está descobrindo isso.

Vale ressaltar que Andrea também defenderá as cores da escola Prova de Fogo do Grupo 1 da UESP (União das Escolas de Samba de São Paulo), como madrinha de bateria. As duas escolas falarão sobre a África. “Estou com um friozinho na barriga”, diz.

Formada em Educação Física, Andrea é empresária da área da saúde e estética, e diz ficar muito satisfeita quando vê um de seus clientes melhorando a sua performance diária por meio do tratamento que a clínica oferece. Especializações em qualidade de vida dão a tônica do estabelecimento e do currículo da profissional .

Outro ponto importante para uma vida saudável é a reeducação alimentar, que faz parte da sua rotina. Segundo ela, é possível mudar o metabolismo com disciplina. O trabalho para diminuir a gordura visceral das pessoas é a principal atividade da rainha, além do Carnaval, há 12 anos. Fa-

mosos como o ator Henri Castelli, o autor Walter Negrão e o diretor/ator Wolf Maia já usaram a técnica. Já o chamado “bumbum tecnológico”, que será apresentado pela esteticista, prima pela combinação de exercícios elaborados adicionados a algumas técnicas próprias do método adotado pela clínica. O esposo Paulo Diamante é sócio na empreitada.

A rainha quebra paradigmas e dá um “banho” à frente dos ritmistas. Uma preparação minuciosa e equilibrada foi elencada pelo marido Paulo. ”A maturidade é minha aliada.A experiência me dá segurança de fazer o melhor, sem ansiedade, nem pressa”, assegura.

A rotina de 12 horas de trabalho provoca uma adaptação, inclusive nos hábitos e nos prazeres. Apaixonada pela gastronomia de diversos lugares, presentes na capital paulista, Andrea abre exceções, mas sem exageros para saborear belos pratos; entretanto, procura excluir carboidratos, a fim de manter a silhueta mais ‘sequinha’.

Ela segue também a dieta paleolítica (que permite comer alimentos mais naturais, mas que não tolera comidas processadas industrialmente, entre outras coisas), além de beber muita água.

Na Passarela do Samba veremos o resultado dessa preparação.“E, de preferência, em primeiro lugar, na classificação geral”, torce com um largo sorriso, referindo-se às colocações das duas escolas das quais faz parte.

The Academicos do Tatuapé Drum Queen gives priority to the quality of life

he is debuting in the Academicos doTatuapé and Andrea Capitulino has the anxiety as a companion.

She is a veteran at the Carioca Carnival, but a newcomer in São Paulo.Vila Isabel, Salgueiro, Mangueira and Unidos da Tijuca were her neighbors when she was born. Going back to the past, Andrea remembers that when she was a girl, her mother had already taken her to the samba schools.The coexistence with the groups mainly of the Vila Isabel community, shaped the samba artist she is nowadays; However, she is not absent at other samba schools . “I found a place that had carnival, samba ... Anyway, this samba school atmosphere that I love,” she says. She is passionate about the party and

the rhythm, Andrea was always in some samba school headquarter: Estácio de Sá, Renascer de Jacarepaguá, Vila Rica and Paraiso doTuiuti: it did not matter if it was the in the main group or access group - the last 15 years were like this until she had moved out of Brazil.

ELES VIRÃO À FRENTE DE CADA ESCOLA, REVERENCIANDO OS PAVILHÕES (THEY WILL COME TO THE FRONT OF EVERY SCHOOL, REVERING THE PAVILIONS) No início deste mês de fevereiro aconteceu a escolha da Corte do Carnaval 2017, no Grande Auditório do Palácio das Convenções do Anhembi. Para o posto de Rei Momo do Carnaval de São Paulo, o vencedor foi Robson Santos, de 42 anos, da Imperador do Ipiranga; para Rainha foi eleita Fernanda Paula Catanoce, 30 anos, da Rosas de Ouro; a 1ª Princesa é Mayra Viera Barbosa, 24 anos, da Nenê de Vila Matilde e a 2ª Princesa Priscila Reis Gonçalves, 28 anos, da Unidos do Peruche.

O evento realizado pela SPTuris em parceria com a Liga SP contou com a participação de 13 concorrentes, sendo 6 para o título de Rei Momo e 7 para os postos de Rainha e Princesas. Para o presidente da Liga SP, Paulo Sergio Ferreira, o Serginho, foi uma noite muito bonita e agradável. “As torcidas compareceram em peso, e isso representa muito para o mundo do samba. As tradições devem ser mantidas e a Corte é uma delas, não podemos desanimar, e sim lutar para vencer os obstáculos que nos apresentam”, avaliou.

Foram jurados do evento o presidente da Câmara Municipal de São Paulo, Milton Leite; o empresário e sócio do Bar Brahma Caire Aioas; a artista Lívia Andrade e a empresária Pinah Ayoub, personalidade carnavalesca.

“Entendemos a situação que o país se encontra e as dificuldades em manter as verbas públicas para eventos culturais, mas não poderíamos deixar de buscar nossos parceiros e pedir a eles que nos ajudassem na premiação da Corte. E mais uma vez, eles foram solícitos com o Carnaval de São Paulo e nos atenderam”, explicou Serginho, ao falar da diminuição dos prêmios por parte do poder público.

Apoiaram a eleição da Corte 2017 as marcas Grife do Samba, Print 9,Via Brasil e 4 Estações, que além do cachê em dinheiro concedeu mais R$ 1 mil em materiais de aviamento. Em função do ajuste da premiação, os valores ficaram assim: Rei Momo R$5 mil; Rainha R$5000 mil; 1ªPrincesa - R$3600,00 e 2ªPrincesa - R$3200,00.

Cinco décadas de muito trabalho, garra e sucesso

undada por três irmãos naturais da cidade de Campos (RJ), que vieram tentar a vida em São Paulo, o G.R.C.E.S. Mocidade Alegre tem na presidente Solange Cruz Bichara Rezende o legado de uma família de lutadores. Ao chegarem na capital paulista, os irmãos Cruz foram trabalhar no antigo supermercado Peg Pag, na avenida Pompeia. Amantes do samba e dos grupos de jongo, maculelê e umbigada, comuns na época em sua cidade natal, eles criaram um bloco e passaram a ensaiar em um galpão no fundo da loja: quando o patrão deles

soube se comprometeu a ajudar porque também gostava da brincadeira. No início, os irmãos Juarez, Salvador e Carlos saiam vestidos de mulher no bloco batizado de “Primeiras Mariposas Recuperadas do Bom Retiro”, primeiro bairro em que moraram na capital paulista – naquele tempo, as esposas não acompanhavam a folia, mas depois foram acolhidas junto com outras mulheres.

Havia a repressão do governo, mas a saga continuava para os sambistas que gostavam do carnaval de rua.

Já no segundo ano, eles foram para a rua vestidos de

palhaços porque um dos integrantes não quis se travestir de mulher. Na ocasião, o saudoso radialista Evaristo de Carvalho comentou da cabine da emissora que fazia a transmissão, que havia na calçada, um bloco de sujo sentado, descansando, o qual ‘parecia uma mocidade alegre’ porque eram todos muitos jovens. O nome agradou e fez parte de uma coincidência interessante: em Campos, havia uma escola chamada Mocidade Louca ( que existe até hoje). Os rapazes adotaram a ideia e assim foi criada nominalmente a agremiação. Dois anos mais tarde, surgiu a escola Mocidade Alegre, em 1967. A sequência de títulos ao iniciar sua trajetória (1971/ 72/73) permitiu que a agremiação tricampeã subisse para o Grupo Especial rapidamente.

Por ser uma escola com gene familiar, Solange guarda singelas memórias da época de menina: a quadra que enchia com a chuva desafiava a criançada para que brincasse de ‘peixinho’ no local; o juiz de menores que batia na porta assustava a meninada que se escondia embaixo das saias das Baianas e a ala das Miudinhas estão entre suas lembranças. “Era uma época de brincadeira sadia.

Eu só não gostava da Noite da Choradeira, na qual havia brincadeiras, mas também servia para extravasar as emoções, principalmente quando a gente não ganhava. Eu aboli isso”, diz a presidente, entre risadas.

Um desfile que marcou época foi o de 1979, no qual Mocidade e Camisa Verde e Branco disputaram o título acirradamente, porém, a escola da Barra Funda levou a melhor. Mas, no ano seguinte, a Morada do Samba pôde comemorar, apesar do temporal que desabou na hora do desfile: foi o último carnaval vencido, na gestão dos fundadores – nos 23 anos seguintes a Mocidade Alegre amargou um jejum de títulos.

Em 2003, a força da escola renascia, apesar da presidente de então Elaine Cruz estar muito doente. Por

meio ponto, a Gaviões da Fiel levou a taça, ficando a Mocidade Alegre na segunda posição, em função de um detalhe: no meio de um ala toda azul uma sapatilha branca quebrou a chance de vencer aquele carnaval. Com a morte de Elaine, sua irmã, Solange, assume o comando.

Para o ano seguinte, a nova presidente monta uma Comissão de Carnaval e, contrariando todos os prognósticos, a escola foi campeã. “Tive muito medo porque, no sorteio, ficamos por último. Portanto, seríamos a última agremiação a desfilar, com o dia claro... E isso é sempre muito delicado, lembrando que era o meu primeiro desfile como presidente”, analisa a sambista.

A partir daí, o pulso forte de Solange tornou-se marca registrada, o que proporcionou um outro título para a Mocidade – o de maior detentora de títulos do Anhembi.

O pior resultado obtido foi um sétimo lugar, em 2011, quando um carro quebrou e a perda de pontos foi irrecuperável. Mas os anos seguintes foram de vitória – tricampeã novamente no triênio 2012/ 2013/2014.

Solange concorda que o samba enredo dá o pontapé inicial na ‘arrancada ‘ da escola, mas a presidente traz a maturidade à frente e analisa que outros pontos também merecem total atenção. “Quando o samba não emplaca, a gente tem que trabalhar dobrado, mas não existe vitória sem luta. Tudo tem que ser trabalhado”, pondera.

Mas têm coisas que são inexplicáveis. Em 2015, o enredo sobre Marília Pêra tinha boa aceitação, mas, nas prévias, o samba não agradava; porém, os jurados deram nota máxima para o quesito, sendo considerado o melhor samba do ano.

Com mão de ferro, voz firme e mente focada, a presidente Solange Cruz mantém o legado vitorioso da Mocidade alegre

Tendo como lema foco no que se propõe a fazer, Solange diz que não se ganha nada, oficialmente, antes de se passar pela avenida. Ela também concorda que quando as notas dos julgadores não são boas em determinados quesitos, os componentes se esmeram em corrigir os erros apontados.

Ao contar 13 anos à frente da escola, que comemora seus 50 anos de fundação, Solange diz que a cada década há sempre uma renovação, além das inovações que surgem ano a ano ... nesse contexto, o que o futuro reserva para a escola do Limão? Sobre uma possível sucessão, a atual presidente diz que ainda não pensa nisso, mas se derrete quando fala do filho Sombrinha. “Ele tem 16 anos, mas é observador, dá uns toques, aprendeu todos os instrumentos da bateria sozinho, sabe como funciona tudo... É nascido e criado aqui”, conta. Para ela, o carnaval como um todo precisa ser mais solto, leve, menos ‘engessado’, a descontração é necessária. Segundo a presidente, todas as escolas cresceram, se igualaram e apresentam, todos os anos, qualidade em vários sentidos e quesitos.

“Embora os aportes financeiros sejam maiores, ainda não somos reconhecidos como cultura”, acentua. Porém, ela pede mais apoio, embora saiba que as regras precisam existir. Mas como a própria Solange diz um conjunto de motivações direcionam a vida de todos nós. Seu lema já é bastante conhecido, mas serve de inspiração para outros. “A vitória vem da luta, a luta vem da força, e a força da união”, ratifica.

50 YEARS OF MOCIDADE ALEGRE FIVE DECADES OF HARD WORK, PLUCK AND SUCCESS

t was founded by three brothers from the city of Campos (RJ), who came to try the life in São Paulo, G.R.C.E.S. Mocidade Alegre has in its president Solange Cruz Bichara Rezende the legacy of a family of fighters.

Arriving in the capital of São Paulo, the Cruz brothers worked at the old Peg Pag supermarket at Pompeia Avenue. Lovers of the samba and the groups of jongo, maculelê and umbigada, common at the time in their hometown, they created a group and rehearsed in a shed in the back of the store: when their boss realized that ,he committed to help them because he also liked the thing. At first, the brothers Juarez, Salvador and Carlos were dressed as women in the block called “First Moths Recovered from Bom Retiro”, the first neighborhood in which they lived in the capital of São Paulo - at that time, the wives did not follow the revelry, some time later they participated with other women. There was government repression, but the saga continued for the sambistas who liked the street carnival.

In the second year, they went to the street dressed as clowns because one of the members did not want to cross-dress as a woman. On the occasion, the radio broadcaster Evaristo de Carvalho commented from

the broadcasting booth that there was on the sidewalk, a group of people sitting, resting, which ‘looked like a joyful youth’ because they were all very young people.

The name pleased them and it was part of an interesting coincidence: in Campos, there was a samba school called Mocidade Louca (that exists until today).The boys adopted the idea and thus the association was created nominally. Two years later, the Mocidade Alegre school was founded in 1967. The sequence of titles at the beginning of its trajectory (1971/72/73) allowed the three times champion group to rise to the Special Group quickly.

Because it is a family school, Solange keeps simple memories of her girl’s time: the court that flooded with the rain challenged the children to play with ‘goldfish’ in the place; The judge who knocked on the door, frightened the little kids that hid under the Baiana skirts and the Little Wing were among her memories. “It was a time of nice entertainment. I just did not like the Night of Crying, in which there were jokes, but it also served to vent the emotions, especially when we did not win. I abolished that, “says the president, laughing.

In 2003, the strength of the school was reborn, although the president Elaine Cruz was very ill. After Elaine’s death, her sister, Solange, run the school. For the next year, the new president set up a Carnival Commission and, contrary to all the prognoses, the school was champion.

“I was very scared because, in the raffle, we were the last one. Therefore, we would be the last school to parade, with a clear day ... And this is always very delicate, remembering that it was my first parade as president“, she analyzes.

From then on, Solange’s strong pulse became a trademark, which gave another title to Mocidade the one with the largest holder of Anhembi titles. The worst result was a seventh place in 2011, when a car broke down and the points loss was unrecoverable. But the following years were a victory - three time champion again in the triennium 2012 / 2013/2014.

Solange agrees that the samba theme kicks off in the school’s ‘run-off’, but the president analyzes that other points also deserve full attention. “When the samba does not succeed, we have double work, but there is no victory without struggle. Everything has to

be worked out, “she says. But they have things that are inexplicable. By 2015, the theme about Marília Pêra had good acceptance, but in the previous samba did not please; However, the jurors gave maximum grades for the item, being considered the best samba of the year.

Having as motto the focus on what it is proposed to do, Solange says that nothing is gained, officially, before going through the avenue. She also agrees that when judges’ scores are not good on certain items, the components work hard to correct the errors noted.

After 13 years running the school, that celebrates its 50th anniversary, Solange says that every decade there is always a renewal, in addition to the innovations that come up year after year ... in this context, what the future holds for the school ? About a possible succession, the current president says she does not think about it yet , but she gets a bit emotional when she talks about her son Sombrinha. “He is 16 years old, but he is observant, gives some tips , he learned alone how to play all the instruments of the drums , knows how everything works ... He is born and raised here,” she says. For her, carnival as a whole needs to be more relaxed, lighter, , relaxation is necessary. Joga nas ‘onze’ (como se diz no futebol) essa artista incrível, cheia de energia. A noite já eletrizante apresenta um enredo emocionado e com várias referências em comemoração aos 50 anos da Mocidade Alegre: o Jubileu de Ouro tem como tema um pilar de Força, Luta e Vitória. Na sequência, a Vila Maria traz a história da aparição de Nossa Senhora Aparecida, que completa 300 anos. Momento de fé, ode sublime ao que é sagrado. Ubuntu! Fraternidade, amor ao próximo, solidariedade: a África pede passagem e faz pensar no desfile da Acadêmicos do Tatuapé. A Gaviões da Fiel romantiza a cidade de São Paulo porque, no fundo, a alma acolhedora da metrópole é o que fica no final das contas. O fio condutor será essa África materna que gera a vida.

The group chose as its purpose the intriguing and challenging task of portraying and honoring urban art in its strands and the artists who make it their “native language”. A form used to classify artistic movements related to visual interventions. It is the way we express feelings, ideas, emotions and, in a sense, convey ethical, moral, and cultural thoughts.

O enredo faz referências também às características das personalidade dos cães, relembrando histórias marcantes, ícones dos desenhos, filmes e quadrinhos com esses ‘amigos do homem’.

The theme of the Aguia de Ouro will be a form of thanksgiving for the love donated by the dogs for the human being, using real facts, films, and literature. The theme also references the personality characteristics of the dogs, recalled the story, the icons of the cartoons, movies and comics, which will serve as inspiration for the parade.

A Peruche faz um mapa da paixão de muitos brasileiros: Salvador, cidade que foi capital do Brasil por mais de 200 anos. A Império de Casa Verde faz um misto de alerta e proposta no enredo, que indica a união como um fator primordial na solução dos problemas da Humanidade. A Dragões da Real, inspirada na canção Asa Branca, traça um panorama do povo nordestino: crônica com leve toque de crítica. Em tempos de intolerância religiosa e a incessante busca por direitos, a Vai-Vai resgata a história de uma ialorixá que marcou época: Mãe Menininha do Gantois. Curitiba será a homenageada da Nenê de Vila Matilde: cidade-modelo brasileira que merece ser exaltada. Por fim, a Rosas de Ouro tem a alimentação como mote. E quem não gosta de uma comida bem temperada? Assim será desfile da Roseira. Divirta-se! Essa forma de linguagem universal milenar encontra- se imbuída de significados ocultos e constitui um testemunho histórico.

Samba theme: A word to the wise is enough, a symbol is worth more than a word The school wants to show that we can understand things through symbols. From the earliest times man uses symbols to communicate. This form of universal language of an ancient nature finds itself imbued with meanings and worship, and constitutes a historical witness of an identity.

CAMISA VERDE E BRANCO Enredo: “A Revolta da Chibata. Sonho, coragem e bravura. Minha história: João Cândido, um sonho de liberdade” Outro enredo reeditado. Em 2003, a Camisa Verde e Branco ‘traduziu’ um dos fatos que marcou a história nacional: a Revolta da Chibata, que teve João Cândido, o “Almirante Negro”, como líder do motim contra os maus tratos que imperavam na Marinha brasileira, em 1910.

The Camisa Verde e Branco talks about a fact that marked the history of the Brazilian Navy, with the hero, João Cândido, the “Black Admiral”. Poseidon orders his guardians to clear the way. X-9 PAULISTANA Enredo: “Vim, vi e venci! A saga artística de um semideus” Um dos maiores pintores do Brasil será o enredo da X-9 Paulistana: Inos Corradin, também é cenógrafo, gravador e desenhista. Nascido 1929, em Piemonti, na Itália, Inos chegou ao Brasil em 1950 e escolheu Jundiaí, no interior de São Paulo, como moradia. Coleciona diversas homenagens municipais, nacionais e internacionais ao longo dos seus mais de 50 anos de carreira.

A semigod artistic saga One of the greatest painters in Brazil will be the theme of the X-9 Paulistana: Inos Corradin, he is also a set designer, engraver and draftsman. The group prepares a parade to bring culture to the public with a responsible and informative theme. He was born in 1929 in Piemonti, Italy, and arrived in Brazil in 1950 and chose Jundiaí as a residence and collected several municipal, national and international honors throughout his more than 50 years of career.

Samba theme: Ipranga, the magnificent cradle of a heroic people The Imperador do Ipiranga, is going to show on the avenue, a world historical point, where the moment of the Independence of Brazil occurred and it is marked in the history of the Ipiranga neighborhood and directed the aggrandizement of culture, enterprises, colonization and all evolution of this, which today is sign of goer people and great values.

COLORADO DO BRÁS Enredo: Luz, câmera, ação…A Colorado apresenta: a “Roliúde” no sertão Um enredo livremente inspirado no livro “Roliúde, um romance picaresco, aventuroso e cinematográfico”, de Homero Fonseca. A história conta a vida de Severino Ramos Soares da Silva, mais conhecido como Bibiu, filho do Agreste, do sol escaldante, da terra poeirenta, um lugar de “cabras da peste”, de religiosidade e luta - um autêntico nordestino brasileiro.

PÉROLA NEGRA Enredo: Pérola Negra levanta as mangas e põe a mão na massa A agremiação fala sobre as ‘massas’ em todos os seus sentidos: desde a criação do universo (que traz o barro em sua composição) até os dias de hoje, em que multidões (massa de gente) invadem as ruas, reivindicando seus direitos . A paixão dos torcedores na arquibancada (massa de torcedores) e a pasta italiana (o macarrão) são outras duas das citações presentes no enredo da escola da Vila Madalena. A ideia é convidar a todos para que levantem as mangas e coloquem as mãos na massa junto com a Pérola Negra. O desfile será marcado por muito luxo, criatividade, emoção e irreverência.

A definição diferenciada vem a calhar para a coleção que a empresária Fabi Frota está lançando, e que deverá agradar esportistas, fashionistas e também mulheres que gostam de roupas bonitas, confortáveis e que podem ser usadas também em festas e eventos. As vendas da marca Body and Kiss acontecerão, primeiramente, on line e depois passarão a ser feitas em uma loja física.

Organizada, cuidadosa com o corpo e focada nos seus objetivos, ela consegue se multiplicar para dar conta de muitas tarefas. Apresentadora de um programa na internet, Fabi preza por qualidade de vida, por isso, tem foco em uma alimentação balanceada e conta com um acompanhamento em toda sua rotina de exercícios. No desfile da Unidos do Peruche um presente: a presença de Carlinhos Brown na bateria ‘Rolo Compressor’. Haverá também a transmissão simultânea do desfile, em São Paulo, por um trio elétrico, em Salvador. Depois do carnaval a fantasia de Destaque ficará à venda em uma unidade da Quatro Estações, e metade do valor irá para uma instituição de caridade.

No ator e diretor Alexandre Frota, ela tem um parceiro para cuidar da vida e do filho Enzo. “O ano 2017 começou muito bem para mim, em todos os sentidos”, analisa.

She presents an internet program, Fabi values the quality of life, so she is focused on a balanced diet and she has a monitoring exercise routine. There will be a gift in the Unidos do Peruche parade : the presence of Carlinhos Brown in the drum ‘Rolo Compressor’. There will also be the simultaneous broadcasting of the parade, in São Paulo, by an electric trio, in Salvador. After the carnival her costume will be on sale in the Quatro Estações store, by half of the value and the money will go to charity.

She has a partnership with the actor and director Alexandre Frota, in order to take care of her life and her Enzo. “The year 2017 started very well for me, in many ways,”she says.

Ednei no lugar onde mais gosta: junto ao casal de mestre-sala e portabandeira.

asceu em São Paulo, na Vila Mariana, em 14/08/1960. Filho de José Pedro Novais e Maria Mariano que tiveram 8 filhos, sendo 6 homens e 2 mulheres. A mãe e a família participavam da Escola de Samba X-9 de Santos, onde o tio Francisco era compositor. O pai gostava de samba e frequentava o Som de Cristal e o Garitão, sendo amigo de Inocêncio Tobias e Pé Rachado, se formou em Radiologia.

Seu primeiro contato com o samba foi em 1968, quando desfilou no Cordão Vai-Vai, na ala da Tia Cleuzi - tinha 8 anos. Em 1969, saiu como passista. Depois, montou a sua própria ala de passista, com o nome “Cuíca de Ouro”.

No ano de 1971, o Cordão transformou-se em Escola de Samba.

Quando Pé Rachado deixou a Vai-Vai e fundou a Barroca Zona Sul, convocou Ednei para ser Mestre-Sala. Como ele não sabia dançar, pois era passista, Pé Rachado o levou ao Rio

de Janeiro para tomar aulas com Delegado, o maior Mestre-Sala da Mangueira. O 1 º. casal de Mestre-Sala e Porta-Bandeira da Barroca era Wilson de Moraes e Marina, e o 2°. era Ednei e Bete que, em 1977, se tornou o 1 º. casal, permanecendo até 1985. Segundo ele, “foi um tempo maravilhoso. Pé Rachado comprava o tecido e nos dava para confeccionar as nossas fantasias, que eram bordadas por nós”.

Conheceu Gisa em 1983, por intermédio do Mercadoria e do Patusca. Formaram um casal de Mestre-Sala e Porta-Bandeira, apresentando-se na Acadêmicos da Tucuruvi. Em 1984/85, Ednei ajudou seu Jamil, presidente da Tucuruvi, a pesquisar e desenvolver enredos, tendo ficado na Escola até 1987. Então, o casal foi para o Renascença da Lapa.

Em 91 foram para a Vai-Vai como 1 º. casal.

Em 95 Basílio, Presidente da Rosas de Ouro, os convidou para ser o 1 º. casal da Escola. Com

a Rosas de Ouro viajou pelo Brasil e exterior.

Oficialmente, parou de dançar em 2008, após o falecimento da Gilsa. Em 1984, criou com Mestre Gaby, a AMESPBESP - Associação de Mestres-Sala, Porta-Bandeiras e Porta-Estandartes.

Apresentou-se em diversos Estados, sendo detentor de diversos prêmios.

dnei was born in São Paulo, Vila Mariana, in August,8th,1960. He is José Pedro Novais and Maria Mariano´s son ,who had 8 children, 6 men and 2 women. The mother and the family participated in the School of Samba X9 de Santos, where his uncle Francisco was a composer. The father liked samba and frequented the Crystal Sound and the Garitão. He was a friend of Inocêncio Tobias e Pé Rachado, with whom he worked as a bricklayer. He works in the Hospital of the Public Servant, where he entered as an attendant, took the Specialization Course in X-Ray and graduated in Radiology Technician.

His first contact with the samba was in 1968, when he paraded in the Vai Vai samba school. In 1969, he paraded as a samba dancer.

After that he set up his own group, with the name “Cuíca de Ouro”. In 1971, the Cordão became the Samba School. There was a large land where they rehearsed.

When Pé Rachado left Vai Vai and founded Barroca Zona Sul, he asked Ednei to be the Mestre Sala. As he did not know how to dance, because he was just a samba dancer- Pé Rachado took him to Rio de Janeiro to take classes with the Delegado, the greatest Mestre Sala of Mangueira. The 1st. Couple of Mestre Sala and Porta Bandeira of Barroca was Wilson de Moraes and Marina, and the 2nd. was Ednei and Bete who, in 1977, became the 1st. Couple,

remaining until 1985. “It was a wonderful time.

Pé Rachado bought the fabric and gave us to make our costumes, which we embroidered.”

In 1981 Ednei helped him to make the samba theme a research that was repeated in 82/83.

He met Gisa in 1983, through the Mercadoria and Patusca. They formed a couple of Mestre Sala and Porta Bandeira, presenting at the Academicos of Tucuruvi. In 1984/85, Ednei helped Jamil, president of Tucuruvi, to research and develop samba theme and he stayed in the School until 1987.Then the couple went to the Renascença da Lapa.

In 1991 they went to Vai Vai as a 1st. couple.

They started giving classes to new couples for the substitution case. In 1995 Basilio the President of the Rosas de Ouro, invited them to be the 1st. couple It was a very difficult adaptation period . After that everything he got in the samba was from Rosas de Ouro; he traveled through Brazil and abroad. Officially, he stopped dancing in 2008 after the death of Gilsa. In 1984, he created, with Gaby, AMESPBESP, Associação de Mestres-Sala, Porta-Bandeiras e Porta-Estandartes. Performed in several states, and he had won several awards.
