The two craft breweries located in the town, "Amarcord" and "Tenute Collesi" use short chain products, such as barley and the purest spring water that flows down from the Apennines, to produce many different types of beer that are exported worldwide.

Tenute Collesi also produces a first class grappa made from the very best grape pomace originating from the Marche region.

The local cuisine has a centuries-old tradition and is characterised by dishes made with truffles and mushrooms but also excels in the preparation of lamb, veal and pork.
