PROGRAM Day 1 - Check in at one Marche Holiday accommodation in the vicinity of Acqualagna.

Day 2 - 9:00 am departure to the forest where Fido and the truffle hunter will wait for you. If you want you can buy truffle directly from the truffle hunter.

12.30 " truffle’s snack " and visit to Acqualagna Tartufi, truffle products company. Relax.

Cooking class at 15.30 o’clock at the restaurant "Antico Furlo" located at the center of the charming Furlo Gorge, followed by dinner with your menu.

Starter: Crostini with white truffles and prosciutto di Carpegna, crispy egg yolk of creamed Sompiano potatoes and black truffle candy.

First: White Truffle Tagliatelle old way with white truffle of Acqulagna or Passatelli with melted Casciotta d 'Urbino, Pecorino di Fossa with white truffle of Acqualagna.

Day 3 - Free day for shopping and visiting the city of Acqualagna, Cagli, Urbino and dive back into the wonderful natural reserve of Furlo Gorge.
