Here is the programme: Day 1 - check in and free time Day 2 - Truffle Day: truffle hunt, tour at a local truffle producer, truffle products tasting. Lunch with truffle products, free time at the Furlo Gorge and Fossils Museum.

Day 3 - Wine Day: visit to two local wine cellars with tasting.

Day 4 - Beer Day: Visit at a local beer producer with tasting. Suggested restaurant for lunch ‘La Cotta’ Day 5 - Cheese Day: visit a local sheep cheese producer and tasting of dairy products.

Day 6 - Olive Oil Day: visit to olive mill, to extra virgin olive oil producer and tasting.
