Welcome to Tadpole and Frog Class Nursery, Reception and Year 1
Meet the Team
This year you will have lots of adults who can help you, teach you and play with you. Let’s meet them now!
Mrs R.Evans – Class Teacher I live in Whittington with my daughter, husband and two cats. I have been teaching 17 years and have taught at Grange Primary School for 15 of those years. I previously attended this school as a child myself; it has always felt like a second home! I love teaching and in my free time I spend lots of time with my family including my mum who is my best friend and raised me to value the importance of kindness. I like snuggling up on the sofa for cuddles with Rocket and Luna. In school I love helping children to learn to read and in the
words of Dr Seuss, “The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you'll go.”
Mrs R.Evans I live locally with my Husband and 3 children, Lay, Serenna and Alessia. Grange Primary has been part of My life for a long time, I came to school here, I then also completed college placements here as part of my Early years Qualification for two years. I chose this school for my own children to attend, it was always my dream to develop my career at this school. I am also a Parent Governor. I have two pets, a Springer spaniel dog called Jenson and a black fluffy cat called Misty. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family, including visiting the beach, paddle boarding and camping trips. My favourite activity at school is Sensory/Messy play with the shaving foam, creating patterns and mark making with my fingers.
Mrs E.Evans
I have two children, both grown up now and working. They both came to The Grange Primary whilst I worked here. I have one dog called Mabel who loves to be the centre of attention and enjoys lots of cuddles. My favourite thing about our school is watching children thrive in a secure environment and seeing them playing ‘make believe’ with their friends.
Our values are at the heart of all that we do.
All feelings are valid. We will help you learn how to recognise your own and other’s emotions.
Our Class Rules: In our class we promise to be…
Ready to learn. Respect ourselves, respect each other, respect the things in our classroom. Make safe choices and treat each other with kindness so that we can learn and play in a safe environment.
We are looking forward to helping you grow this year!
If you need to contact us or would like to share photos then you can message us on Class Dojo. Children also earn Dojo points for following our values.
