M AR C HI L L I S I chose to study architecture at Strathclyde to pursue my love for design and technology. I have a great passion for design which is prominent throughout my projects, blogs and website. Being an active member of Diabetes UK and involved in different projects, I have designed artwork for a 32-page booklet, spoken at large public events, worked as part of a team and been involved at round table meetings in Scottish Parliament. The experiences have built up a strong work ethic, strengthened my teamwork skills and improved my public speaking ability. I have developed a wide range of skills throughout my studies, which combined with my high level of competency in design and technology, will be a valuable asset as a Part I Architectural Assistant.
