Words from the Managing Director FaB Cleaning Services Australia started its operations in 1989 to fill a void in the quality, consistency and individualism of cleaning services on offer. FaB offered tailored services and solutions to meet clients’ individual needs and FaB demonstrated strength, knowledge and resource capability, a model that was revolutionary in the marketplace. TM

Since FaB’s beginning there has been a major shift in the way commercial cleaning services are being delivered in the market place, this has come about mainly due to an increase in awareness by clients to ensuring they receive consistent high quality standards.

As an organisation FaB is wholly responsible to every client. While our full time cleaning staff takes charge of the service operations, our Management team is consistently ensuring that FaB is meeting all of our clients’ individual needs. This creates an organisation that is highly responsive to day-to-day issues and flexible enough to respond to the changing demands of our clients. We highlight this in our mission statement; “By continually evolving and developing our business to the highest possible level, we strive to ensure clients are always receiving excellence in standards, efficiency, service, customer care and professionalism.” FaB delivers to clients a unique personal service supported by the strength of a national cleaning organisation of people who are loyal, honourable, bound by their duty and honour in the roles they perform and respectful of the clients we service. Quality Management & Certifications A System for Success FaB has developed a quality management system that is led by our experienced team of Account Managers who continually visit our clients at their sites to ensure satisfaction. TM
To ensure consistency in service and results our Account Managers asses each site regularly and complete a comprehensive inspection report which is provided to the client and cleaner. In addition to this, every site is issued with a communication book so clients and cleaners can be in constant communication. The FaB management system makes it possible to provide the highest standards Australia Wide.
An established Risk Management System. FaB policy and procedures are AS/NZS 4801 compliant or higher. All our staff and cleaners are trained in this compliance and are randomly audited to ensure compliance is companywide. We also tailor our service to meet your sites specific risk management standards.
