75 years of Mareeba Rotary

Mareeba Rotarians past and present came together with members of the community on Saturday night to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the local organisation. Charted in 1944, the local club has a rich and strong history of remarkable achievements, many of which were celebrated on the night. Pictured is the current youngest and oldest members of Mareeba Rotary cutting the cake – Chantelle Pedersen and John Jennings. Mareeba Rotary is today a fun, diverse and dynamic organisation whose members serve its community with integrity. Being people of action the club aims to create, innovate and inspire through its events and everyday dealings within the community and around the world. PHOTOS P11.
