LA PERMEABILIDAD HACIA LA CIUDAD: Porosidad y Figuracion geometrica estructural
The present investigation arises from the concern on some current spaces, which are presented closed and too many excluded from the outside. This In this way, permeability is investigated as a type of solution that allows the visual to pass different spaces, admitting a better relationship between the outside and the inside. This research has as an end: analyze how the permeability using elements that in their form of association allow porosity, that the shape guarantee the entry of light and generate filters within the building, in addition to spaces that are continuous and therefore promote a better relationship with public spaces and private. It is proposed as a hypothesis to use elements that are generated from a structural modular base to improve permeability. The shape of the element structural, multiplicity and juxtaposition have the ability to organize space with rulers structural through a geometric figuration. In In this case, the triangular shape is used, but it is also could achieve with the use of any form.

SECOND FLOOR PLAN “A system of individual, self-supporting parts that they generate a fluid and permeable space.”
The project defines this permeability through the use of elements that are at the same time column and ceiling time, unifying elements between the city and the project. These elements take shape in plan through a deformed triangular mesh where buildings and elements are inserted structural elements of the same that take the same shape. The triangle in plan folds up and becomes support of the ceiling, thus generating a piece three-dimensional triangulated where the set of these generates a semi-covered public space.
MORPHOSIS The main idea is to generate a “City Gate” for the purposes of bringing the area to inhabitants attention. This idea is supported by the 2 high towers, which are the landmark role, and their inclinations. In order to link the 2 different grids on the north and on the south of the project area, the building shapes are delimited by the streets line of the 2 grids. The strategy is also to connect the district to the rest of the city, representing on the project with diagonals. They create views and are oriented according to the axe and the third site of the project. It allows to enlarge the views, and cut the buildings in order to bring more lights. Most of the time, diagonals are designed with slopes, with the aim of creating isolated spaces and enters to the buildings. There is a dialogue between the different levels of the urban projects and the architecture one (lots of underground levels). It permits to put a distance between the highway and the project, and create more private building entrances.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Ferrocarril line
New urban axis with new public transport.
The identification of two axis allows the creation of different flux and underlight the friction already existing in this part of Mexico City.
Inspiring by the Roman urban pattern, we wanted to put Cardi and Decumani in order to create links between 2 differents types of urban tissues of the district, with the idea of friction between the Ferrocarril and the new axe.
This three diferents identities can result in setting up differents activities and services throughout the new urban line, and will allow by radiation the development of the neighboring areas.
LANDSCAPE
SPORT CENTER Based on the urban structure of the project, the sports center has two modules where the swimming pool, wet areas and gymnasium and squash sections are developed. The buildings descend one level with the idea of generating a suspended volume around the water path (source). Entrances are given through ramps that connect the inside of the project.
G R E E N OXYG E N The Piazzale Clodio project, designed by Luigi Pellegrin between 1955 and 1958, consists of a series of apartments built in the center of Rome, which require special attention both to the surrounding context and to the historical and cultural climate in which it was Designed. The specific character of the building is the articulation of volumes, where the elements that make up the structure are not necessarily those who define the architectural space, but these are determined arbitrarily by the architect. The construction system is the result of a careful analysis for the time, although due to the poor quality of the materials and added to the lack of maintenance since the sixties, the building is currently in a state of alarming degradation. It is this circumstance that leads us to choose the Pellegrin project to implement a sustainable reform. A reform in which most of its energy consumption is solved with natural sources, or that its elements come from the recycling or recovery of materials, and that what is consumed every day by its inhabitants can be re-used or re-converted. Our proposal distributes the building on seven floors, including a public ground floor for shops and services. The remaining six are transformations, with the exception of the last, completely designed by us.

The intervention foresees the reorganization of a building in Rome where we have worked improving the whole in a bioclimatic way. We have opened the central courtyard improves ventilation and natural lighting.
On the outside, we have added a zinc wrap to improve insulation and green facades (to the south and east). And what is more, we have generated public spaces with phyto-purification on the terrace and urban gardens among the floors. We also include in the whole set a biogas system produced by waste.
WUNNLAND The contest provided for the requalification of a sports pole. The idea of the project was to recover the local urban plot on a large scale by inserting within it a residential area as the protagonist of vegetation. The large green axes that are inserted into the building generate public spaces and urban gardens. The strip to the main highway is made up of a commercial area with new public transport lines, plus a new telephone line that connects two fine points of the city that are disconnected. The project is based on the idea of recovering rainwater through the lake and using recycled and recyclable materials.
- Optimization of the use of a scarce resource; urban space - Promote biodiversity giving priority to design a body of water - Work with the BIM cim model for a city greener and smarter-mobilize cycles and a facilitated walk - 5,000 trees will be planted
- 2,500 m3 of rainwater will be collected for irrigation - We plan the construction of wooden structures - Projection of green roofs, roofs integration in plant construction + existing infrastructure - Improvement of meeting places
