AN OUTFIT IS RARELY COMPLETE WITHOUT ACCESSORIES

This could be a simple silver pendant worn with a basic frock and bare feet; or a cocktail hat, peeptoepumps, seamed tights and clutch bag paired with a fitted skirt suit for head-to-toe glamour. Either way, the balance needs to be right. It takes consideration in front of a full length mirror, and a willingness to experiment, to be an accessories queen.

There are days when one has no time for proper accessorizing, but one may feel more confident when one match a few items together. That’s not speaking of matchymatchy belt, bag and shoes, or allone-era gear. Just a good mix of stylish pieces that, when combined, create a story and set the tone for day or evening …. for yourself, more than anything.

You and I could be wearing the exact same clothes, but how we pull our looks together may make those clothes look entirely different to one another. And our different styles would be visible – it would be obvious what my style is, and what yours is. And that’s a wonderful thing. Accessories are the difference that makes the difference. It is in these small details that style can be found. And that style may be subtle, or it may be blaringly obvious, or somewhere in between. The most important thing about it is it’s individual. It’s personal. It’s an expression of you, the way you choose to do it.
