„MAGNUM“ – didžiausias naujas verslo centras Kaune. Objektas pastatytas vietoj nebaigto „Respublikos“ viešbučio, kuris daugiau nei 20 metų darkė miesto veidą ir buvo pramintas „Vaiduokliu“. Biurų kompleksą sudaro du tarpusavyje sujungti 12 ir 8 aukštų pastatai, kurių bendras plotas – 21 000 m². „MAGNUM“ baigė formuoti naują Naujamiesčio verslo kvartalą, kuris sugrąžino miestui Karmelitų gatvelę, atvėrė LSMU vidinį kiemą, A. Mickevičiaus gatvės išklotinę, taip ne tik pakeisdamas vietovės įvaizdį, bet ir tapdamas Naujamiesčio orientyru.

MAGNUM - the largest new business centre in Kaunas. The project was built on the site of the unfinished „Respublika“ hotel, which was distorting the image of the city for more than 20 years and was nicknamed “The Ghost“. The complex consists of two interconnected 12- and 8-story buildings with a total area of 21,000 m². MAGNUM has completed the urban structure of a new business district in Naujamiestis, reintroduced Karmelitai street, opened the inner courtyard of LSMU and A. Mickevičius street. This business centre has not only changed the area’s image, but also became the landmark of Naujamiestis district.
