Statiniai išdėstomi taip, kad iš pagrindinių apžvalgos ar patekimo į kompleksą taškų būtų regimi tik galiniai fasadai, tūrių fragmentai. Gamtinės ašys interpretuojamos nupinant matematinį ašių tinklą, kuris ir tampa urbanistinės kompozicijos pagrindu. Toks metabolistinis tinklas leidžia statinių kūnams tarpti gamtinėse erdvėse. Laiptuojanti, susmulkinto tūrio struktūra kuria humanišką mastelį, atspindintį rekreacinės architektūros vertybes.

We have chosen an urban structure of free planning which successfully fits in between the existing pattern of trees. The buildings are arranged in such a way that only the rear façade s and fragments of the structures are visible upon the entry into this complex. The basis of this urban complex is the network of “nature’s mathematical axes.” Such network allows for the creation of a building volume that dissipates in natural spaces. The incremental, and divided structure of the buildings creates a humane scale that reflects the values of recreational architecture.
