Inside information for the employees of Mercy Medical Center

A Note from our President:

MAY 30, 2014

“Life is short, but there is always enough time for courtesy.” - Ralph Waldo Emerson

Dear colleagues: Beginning on June 9, you’ll have an opportunity to share feedback about your experience as an employee at our hospital through the 2014 Dignity Health Employee Experience Survey.

Employee of the Year:

Your views of Mercy Medical Center are important to me and to all of our leaders. Your candid feedback will help make our hospital not only a better place to work but a better place for our patients and our community. Let me assure you that all survey responses will be confidential. Neither I, nor any other leader, will see your specific responses. You’ll have several ways to complete the survey. On June 9, you’ll receive an email with a link that will connect you to the Employee Experience Survey. Simply follow the link to our survey vendor’s website and share your opinions. If you don’t have a computer at work, you can visit www. dignityhealth.org/remote from any computer, smart phone or tablet. Sign in with your network user ID and password and then open the email that contains your unique link to the survey. In the days ahead, look for more information describing how we will make it as easy as possible for you to take the survey. You’ll also see posters, flyers and other printed materials on June 9 with links to the survey. So let your voice be heard. Be sure to complete the survey by June 27. Thank you,

Gloria Dagsi, RN Family Birth Center
