WELCOME
We at Sparsholt Business are very proud of our training offer for Spring/Summer 2025 and are delighted that you have chosen to learn more about our expert training.
In recent times an increasing number of businesses that we support are asking us to develop bespoke or tailored training. It is possible for almost all our training to be tailored to the needs of your organisation – the courses outlined on our website at www.sparsholt.ac.uk/employers are only the beginning!
If you have a number of learners who require the same training, we can amend content to make a course totally meet your needs – usually at no extra cost.
Alternatively, if you have an employee who would benefit from one-to-one training (possibly because the issues to be discussed are sensitive and not suitable for a public forum) we are able to offer half-day one-to-one training, either via Teams, at Sparsholt or Andover campuses, or in your own workplace.
Whenever and however you want to receive training, we look forward to hearing from you.

FOCUS ON BESPOKE TRAINING
Sparsholt Business is delighted to be working with VES Ltd. to deliver part of its BOOST programme for team leaders.
VES Ltd. supply and manufacture a wide range of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for public, commercial and industrial buildings across the UK. Kez Cordwell, Head of HR and Talent, contacted Sparsholt in January 2024 as VES were looking for a partner to deliver a CMI Level 2 Award in Team Leading to augment their BOOST programme.
BOOST is a professional development programme developed by VES to prepare their staff to be tomorrow’s leaders. It aims to build confidence, resilience, and essential leadership skills and techniques. Spanning six months, the scheme offers leadership training and includes regular assessments. BOOST learners benefit from five classroom sessions, a practical skills learning day and they produce a portfolio of evidence as they progress.
At the very end of the programme, learners are given the opportunity to gain a recognised CMI qualification, with the training delivered by Sparsholt Business.
“Sparsholt was a seamless fit as an extension of our internal learning and development initiatives as they took the time to gain an understanding of our objectives. They have added significant value to our efforts to cultivate future leaders within our organisation.”
Sparsholt Business and VES Ltd are both eager to extend their collaboration well into the future and Sparsholt has already been invited to deliver the CMI element to the next cohort of learners. Sparsholt Business is delighted to be associated with an employer so committed to the development of its staff.
If you would like Sparsholt Business to help with your own development programmes, or you think that Sparsholt Business could help you with your internal staff development programme, please email business@sparsholt.ac.uk
