EMBROIDERY Nothing beats the quality feel of classic needlework. Created by using a special machine that is programmed to stitch a design that combines texture, pattern and color. We offer quality embroidery, digitization and typeset services.
TACKLE TWILL A form of appliquĂŠ created using polyester twill material which is layered and applied to the garments with a border stitch. Canada Sportswear offers various options from collegiate look logos to personalization with numbers and letters.

APPLIQUE / REVERSE APPLIQUE Available in a variety of fabrics and application stitching. AppliquĂŠ can be combined with emroidery to create a unique look.
CHENILLE A type of embroidery made from loops of yarn, resulting in a finished design with soft, fuzzy appearance. It offers a sophisticated collegiate or high end corporate look with tactile richness that only chenille can offer.

HEAT TRANSFER Canada Sportswear offers heat transfer solution for your logo or unique design. This digital printing process utilizes high temperature to transfer and adhere your design to the fabric surface.
SEAMLESS HEAT TRANSFER
Seamless transfers are designed to eliminate excess printed area or key-line surrounding the complex logo. Whether it’s detailed text or complex graphics, seamless transfers can be used to achieve a clean look with perfectly weeded out transfers.

REFLECTIVE TRANSFER Engineered to reflect light, our reflective transfers are designed to increase visibility for workers, joggers or anyone who spends time outside. We use premium quality 3M reflective transfers.
EMBOSS / DEBOSS
This decoration process creates raised (embossed) or sunken (debossed) designs on the fabric surface. Both of these decorative effects work well with leather garments. But why stop there? Canada Sportswear also offers premium emboss or deboss options for many of our other fabrications.

LASER ETCHING A process that uses laser technology to engrave or burn a mark into the fabric. This technique is perfect for our micro fleece, denim, softshell and performance polyester fabrics.
SUBLIMATION From simple logo placement to stunning graphics with photorealistic details, dye sublimation is ideal for team uniforms and promotional apparel made with polyester fabrics.

LEXTRA Lextra adds a 3 dimensional look to your logo with the use of mixed media. The richly textured, high sheen lextra is combined with the velvet flock like layers to create compelling logos.
