This promotion applies during the following periods:

Valid in the Double Room Deluxe and Family Room categories, for stays of 7 nights Saturday-Saturday, and cannot be combined with other promotions. Vouchers cannot be paid out in cash. All our suites and rooms are equipped with satellite TV and radio, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, minibar, safe, cosy bathrobes and slippers. All rooms and suites are non-smoking, and smoking is also not permitted in the restaurants. For smokers the lobby and bar are available. Garage car parking € 15.00 per day (subject to availability). Local taxes for Ischgl-Paznaun of € 1.50 per person aged over 15 years per night are invoiced separately on the spot. * In the categories Family Room, Family Suite, Turm Suite minimum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child applies. ** In Fürsten and Seiblishof Suites, for all additional persons over the minimum occupancy of 3 or 4 persons either the valid child price (for children) or the Double Room Deluxe price (for every additional adult) will be charged.

GENERAL INFORMATION Reservation terms Reservation becomes valid on receipt of a deposit of € 500 / adult. For online room enquiries and reservations we will send you a confirmation. The room is only definitely reserved after the receipt of the deposit in our bank account. Deposit This can be paid by credit card (VISA, Master, Diners, Amex). Otherwise please make payment by bank transfer to: Bank Austria CA, Sort Code: 12000, Account number: 5188 404 7802, IBAN: AT - 11 12000 5188 404 7802, SWIFT code: BKAUATWW Cancellation Your reservation can be cancelled in writing up to 30 days at the latest before the agreed arrival date without any cancellation charge. For cancellations from the 29th day before the agreed arrival date the deposit will be retained as a cancellation charge. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. Arrival and departure Your room is available from 15.00 on the day of arrival. Please inform us if you will be arriving after 18.00. Your room should be vacated by 11.00 on the day of departure. Payment Cash, debit card, credit card (Visa, Master, Diners, Amex). We request credit card authorisation on arrival. Dogs € 15,-/ day excluding food. We would ask for your understanding of the fact that you are not permitted to bring your four-legged friends into the dining room and wellness area. All the information in this booklet has been checked carefully.
