Our 180-bed nursing home boasts an array of amenities and offers an inviting atmosphere, personalized care, and person-centered approach to healthcare.

Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

Under the leadership of Dr. Abid Husain, we aim to enhance and restore functional ability and quality of life to people with physical impairments or disabilities.

• Diagnoses and treat pain as a result of an injury, illness, or disabling condition

• Determines and lead a treatment/ prevention plan

• Leads a team of medical professionals, which may include physical therapists, occupational therapists, and physician extenders to optimize patient care

• Works with other physicians, including primary care physicians, neurologists, orthopedic surgeons, cardiologist, pulmonologist and many others
