Located in the heart of residential Methuen near Holy Family Hospital, Cedar View is a warm and welcoming setting where every patient is made to feel at home. Many of our dedicated caregivers are local residents who have been with us for two decades or more. Radiating a strong sense of concern and compassion, our staff treats every patient as a dear relative. Our superb inpatient rehab program is recognized for successfully reducing hospital readmissions and restoring physical function to individuals recovering from surgery or illness.

Utilizing the latest clinical protocols and rehabilitation technology, our stellar interdisciplinary team of therapists, nurses and doctors ensures an all encompassing continuum of care focused on every patient’s physical, social and emotional well-being.

Pulmonary Care
Our physician led program, under the direction of Merrimack Valley Pulmonary Associates, is focused on helping patients achieve the most active life possible despite any cardiopulmonary diagnoses and physical limitations. We tailor our program for individuals with pulmonary disease, with diagnoses such as: COPD, post heart and lung transplants, emphysema, acute myocardial infarctions and acute respiratory failure.
Our program features:
• Team consults by our board certified pulmonologists
• Tracheostomy care and management
• 7 Days per week therapy services as prescribed
• CPAP/BiPAP and oxygen therapies
• Nebulizer therapy and metered dose inhalers
• Oximetry monitoring and recording
• IV Lasix and Solu-Medrol
• Comprehensive pulmonary education/training for patients and family members
• Case management and discharge planning
• Coordination of home care services including Care Navigation™ Program
• 24/7 admissions direct from the ER
Dr. Pisick is board-certified in pulmonary medicine and internal medicine, and is a founding physician of the Merrimack Valley Pulmonary Associates practice.
Wound Care
Cedar View is a VOHRA Wound Care Center of excellence!
Dr. Virginia S. Barrow, MD provides bedside care at Cedar View and is responsible for leading, teaching, and collaborating with our clinical team regarding wound care. Through her stewardship, Cedar View has earned a Wound Management Certification from VOHRA Wound Physicians. Dr. Barrow rounds weekly at Cedar View to assess, treat and create care plans for patients admitted with wound care needs.
Wound care and treatment is an important process to avoid serious complications. Without proper care by a wound care specialist, a wound can turn into serious infections.

The Hispanic Cultural program helps our patients feel at home in a familiar environment in their language.

Our belief in providing a better patient experience through quality and satisfaction will ensure successful navigation through the health care continuum.

• Patient-centered needs/preferences identified on admission with assessments and continues throughout the stay
• Choosing the appropriate placement in the Marquis continuum
• Provides financial resources

The Urgent SNF Service at Marquis Health Consulting Services supports a global health care expectation for the right provision of care in the right place at the right time.Therefore, our solution driven service aims to provide an alternative option to individuals not meeting acute admission criteria, however requiring and/or benefiting from supervisory skilled rehabilitation services, skilled nursing oversight or stabilization.
